Her name is Soe, she did not understand well what I've said. I wanted to keep my hair long, because I like long hair. I told her she can trim a little bit if the hair grow not even length. Soe cut it up to 1-inch. I think she has to wear thick eye glasses, she missed so many hair spots that stick out and not even. I had to trim them at home, my sister helped me. For the price, GREAT female, medium to long, layered cut. I am not a picky hair person which might make a difference. If you are, you might want to go pay $60. I DON'T want to pay $60 and for $20 this cut was good. She was quick, seemed to know enough of what she was doing, and cut my hair better than my Husband does. I would return for a cheap trim again :) I would recommend this place to someone looking for a basic $20 haircut. read more

Cash only facility and I called to make an appt for two children's haircut. She had another customer prior to my appt that didn't show up on time and ended up showing up during my appt time. She as if that customer can go first because the haircut was going to be quick. I said it was fine since I wasn't in a hurry but what if someone else was and so what's the point of making an appt? One of my son's haircut was still uneven and I addressed it and she fixed it with no problem. My other son however, she did something that made me question the cleanliness of this haircut place and her giving people haircut. She dropped her comb and brush on the floor that she used on my kids and just picked it off the floor and used it on them. I was so shocked and I definitely would not recommend this place for anyone. That is a health hazard and risk of transferring head lice by not cleaning the tools or use different tools for different customers. read more
