I am very impressed with Wendell Matthews , the owner of the company. It was Sunday morning when I discovered that basement carpet was fully drenched in water, coming from walk out basement wall of my Elkridge home. The bad smell was making life miserable and all my attempts to take water out by using paper towel, battery operated vacuum, etc were not working. I called 10-15 phone number to various companies and 90%of them, never called back. I only called the ones which were opened on Sunday. Two companies called back but wanted $250 emergency fee, $750 emergency fee, adjusted in 'mitigation work, if hired. In this desperate situation, who will not hire a company after spending $750 amount. I used Yelp and Tru integrity responded back to me right away. Wendell texted me there after and told me that he can help me around 1pm-2pm because he has some other calls to attend. I had few more hours to try if any company can come as soon as possible. I don't want to pay $750 or $250. I requested him to come earlier if possible and he agreed to come early if possible. He took out the damaged carpet, vacuumed out the water, left blower, de-humidifier and a air purifier to help me out. He definitely helped me averting a bigger crisis and he being humble, keeping up to his words matters a lot to me. I am thankful to him and told him that he is the go to guy for me if I ever face similar issue and definitely recommend him to anybody who is facing similar desperate situation. He came next day, diagnosed the issue, took the payment and still left his equipment before my insurance company hires another company to mitigate and reconstruct. Who does that and goes to this much extent. I still have his equipment for free though he has already collected the payment for providing the emergency service and what I paid was much less than $750. 2021-07-15: his equipment is still in my home, free of cost. Other contractor said, it turned out that you are lucky that there is no mildew or anything serious. You don't need a air purifier to decontaminate the air. Looks like this contractor is really nice. I have to write a Yelp review for the excellent service we received. After some hard rain hit the area about a week ago, the basement got flooded because something was up with the window well for the house. I called the number on Yelp, and left a message around 10 pm. Wyndell (the owner of the LLC.) actually texted me back immediately saying he would get back to me in the morning. Long story short, he came 2 days after the call and fixed the issue with the well for a reasonable price. He was also cordial, had timely communication, wore masks while going in and out of the house, cleaned up, sealed any holes that were created, and explained the issues with the well based off of his professional experience. He is a bit like a dad when he explains things professionally and while doing his job. Which made me trust his advice even more, since it didn't come off as if he was solely trying to profit off of the issue. It was a pleasure working with him, and I will definitely reach out to him in the future when future projects call for his expertise. Especially, if it is a job I cannot just do DIY. read more

TruIntegrity, LLC lives up to their name. My basement flooded twice this year due to sump pump failures so my husband and I knew it was time to make some major changes. We interviewed 3 companies, even big namecompanies and Wendell (the owner) was the only one that explained things and did a thorough assessment of our property to figure out how to fix our sloping and minor foundation issues and within our budget. His team arrived on site on time and worked a full day until the job was completed. Our basement was left cleaner than they found it. We added another sump pump due to the size of our basement and that drain well looks better than our original. This will allow any water that maybe overworking the main pump to be redirected and pumped out on the opposite side of the house. I had a leak with water coming into my basement every time it rained due to a gap just above the foundation. These guys came, right on time, took a look, and were very straight forward. I was told that some of the foundation from outside the house would need to be torn up and redone to completely fix the gap. The whole estimate process took maybe half an hour. When they came back a couple days later to do the work, they discovered that the fix could be made without needing to tear up anything outside, and they took about 25% off the bill to compensate for doing less work, totally without prompting. Since the fix two weeks ago there's been a lot of rain, but no leaking at all. Best waterproofing company I've worked with. read more

I always request of Mr. Matthews because he was always professional courteous and would not leave until the job was done right regardless of what other recommended to save money.
