I would give a zero is I could. I ordered online and when I picked up my order it was at a higher price. I showed on their website the price that it was and they would not honor the price when I ordered. I showed the butender, Manager and I assume another manager of the store. If your website shows the price that I ordered and you still told me I had to pay more. I was flawed. There are too many dispensaries out there that I can give my business. This place is probably the last remaining mom and pop type dispensary in the valley. Prices are fair, deals are great, and more importantly, the products they offer are unmatched. For extracts they are the best because they offer a wide variety of brands and types of concentrates. They have live resin from high grade, tru med, firebrand, item 9, and many more. The staff at Tru Bliss is always on point and incredibly knowledgeable. Typically when I walk in, Bobbi is at the front desk to greet me she is super happy and always very friendly. She knows me by name and always asks how my day is going. My two favorite budtenders are Brandi and Travis. Brandi always makes a point to say hi to me even if she isn't my budtender she's always suggesting super good products as well that I haven't tried before. I definitely expanded my horizons with Brandi as my budtender. Travis is also incredibly knowledgeable on products and even the systems the different companies use for extraction, production, etc. He's fun to talk to and will definitely educate even the cannabis know it all! read more

STAY AWAY. As a motorcycle rider this dispensary does not make exceptions for riders. They demand you leave your personal belongings with some random person up at the front desk. They have zero understanding for the fact that riders need means to carry their purchase, and also fail to realize that I'm not leaving my personal belongings with some random person because they say so. Even after this, I state I'm no longer doing business so the security guard got his ego involved and deceived to berate me about my parking under covered parking. After I said I was leaving. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Plenty of other businesses near there to support. To summarize I've been a customer for years at this location. I'll never return as they fail to accommodate even someone with tenured business. Once they changed locations and management their business practice went to crap. I walked in at 8:50 and they locked the door behind me and told a patient on the phone the doors were locked so they wouldn't serve them. Then employee got irate at said "WE'RE CLOSED THE DOORS ARE LOCKED" then when they looked at me I said I'd be mad if they didn't let me in and the door said you were open until 9PM. She told me the manager said to lock up early because he always does that. Slatter was great, I appreciated his help though the rest of the staff seemed burdened to have someone in there close to closing time. read more

Since moving here from Cali a year ago, this place has become my go-to for flower (can't speak to shatter and all the other overly processed zoomer garbage out there now). I drive 30 miles round trip on crappy roads to come here; if you live that far away, they give you a $5 discount card (off a $40+ purchase) , which more than pays for my gas. I bypass the snotty, low quality dispensary in San Tan to come here. They almost always have something potent with sativa in it, and for the quality and potency, prices are very fair. Their flowers last me longer because of the quality.They give you a few dollar rewards which you can apply to your next purchase. I have never seen any employee who wasn't friendly and helpful, and they all seem to enjoy their jobs. I'm not familiar with navigating through the sight and I thought that this or any dispensary would be able to help me through it. I thought I did everything online to acquire my digital card download. Wasn't sure where I go on the sight to log in to AZDHS.gov and no one would show me when I asked in person for help yesterday after placing my order. The lady doctor is nice and actually knows what she is talking about when I was getting CBD cream for my elderly father. I just got a small amount because they said that I could come back on a Tuesday to buy one get a second bottle half off. I wanted to get some cream for my back from lifting my dad in and out of my car for doctor appointments. I went back to get more and the sales guy was very pushy and was trying to get me to smoke or try vape. I told him that I just wanted CBD and not to get high. Anyway, there wasn't a sale price of buy one get half off. The guy told me that a pain patch would work great with a 1:1 ratio that would not interfere with my meds or give me a high. Long story short. I put the patch on and fell unconscious that night and my husband had to call 911. I was brought to the hospital by ambulance. Bloodwork confirmed it was a drug interaction. My dad died 2 days later so I was too busy to complain and checked out to complain about my HORRIBLE experience. These idiots don't know what they are talking about! Now I have tons of medical bills to pay because I was talked into getting something slightly more effective than CBD alone. read more

I am a loyal customer who orders delivery from this dispensary multiple times a week. I was extremely upset with my mistreatment tonight. I placed a order before true bliss's end delivery time that is clearly stated online they sent me a message denying my order because their driver was already out!? Why would you even post clear cut times online for people to place orders if it only works when its convenient for you and your drivers! Not a good way to run a business! Dr. Hoover was the best, she explained everything and offered several options to help reduce my back pain as well.
