It's efficient and maximizes seating without feeling cramped or crowded. It's also an East-facing shop so it's shady--- even at 3 PM it was nice and cool inside. There are also some outlets! I would definitely study here if I was in the area. Gabe was really friendly, and helped me choose a great latte. I bought the Single Origin Okumidori Matcha iced latte, and it was the perfect level of sweetness. I didn't even have to adjust the level by some percentage; the standard blend is fresh, with just enough sugar to accent rather than overpower the beautiful matcha flavor. I stopped by around 2 p.m. on a Sunday and the shop was still pretty busy with people chatting, hanging out, and getting some work done. Parking is pretty tight, so that's something to keep in mind. The employees were nice and our drinks came out quickly. I got the Iced Matcha Latte with Oat Milk and Vanilla Bean Syrup based on other Yelpers' recommendations, and I really enjoyed it! The vanilla bean was a nice addition to the matcha, especially since it has a slightly more bitter, grassy flavor on its own. Overall, it was really balanced and something I'd order again. My partner got the Iced Vanilla Latte, which was also well balanced--not too strong or bitter and not overly sweet. A little simple for my taste, but still good! The menu felt a little limited and took me a minute to figure out when I first looked online, but I think this is one of those spots where you find your favorites after a few visits or looking into what others enjoy. No matter who makes it. That's a tough feat. Nobody ever makes my order the same every time. My husband has been more adventurous and has tried different items from the menu and he also says the coffee hasn't disappointed. BUT, ultimately, the curbside option is why we keep coming back. With two toddlers, being able to call and them bring my coffee to my car, saves me the unbuckling and wrangling stress. This is me being a little picky, but they'd be top tier if they had an app. The website version is ok but it doesn't always remember my last order.
