Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a moving company. One of the movers showed…read moreup looking like he had been on a three day bender. He showed up to my house looking like he hasn't slept in days his pants were falling off his ass. He kept dropping my items I caught him multiple times dragging my items across the floor. My original quote was $470, I only had a few furniture items and maybe six boxes. It took them so long to move those items that Daniel thought he was going to charge me $800 afterwards! Lol then after going through my storage I found one of my mirrors to be cracked. Horrible moving company would never use again.

Do not hire this moving company!!!…read more hired 3 guys , two could not understand us or the lead guy. The two guys were new and didn't even know how to move items correctly. caught them multiple on their phones on social media and recording the views to our place. one kept taking smoking breaks as well. I know that moving is a lot so I tried not trip. HOWEVER Daniel (the owner) was notified at which he mentioned he would give a discount. My husband was helping out the whole time because they weren't moving things properly! Not to mention they had to stop and get oils for their truck but we was still charged for the time At the time of payment the discount given was reduced because Daniel was doing the math wrong. The next day I informed the owner about the damages was done to my son headboard and artwork he proceeded to blame my husband and mentioned the discount was for items damaged! (this wasn't possible if I found out after). Not to mention they stole my step ladder!! Daniel didn't handle this matter with accountability however just excuses and pointing the finger . DO NOT HIRE!!!!

This is my second time using Expert Movers. It was a second great experience…read more The office made the scheduling easy and their responses were prompt and on-point. I was most impressed by Wilver and his crew to overcome obstacles, mostly from my building. They did great work and I'm very pleased with how my moving day went. Well done all!

With a name like that you would think that they would strive for perfection. They moved my clients…read moreand today I had to help them unpack for 4 hours. What a show! I don't even know where to begin. 1)First, there was definitely at least one broken item that I found just in a couple hours I was there 2)They used gigantic boxes for a ton of little stuff that they just threw in the box. I'm talking a 3-ft tall x 2ft x 2ft box filled with tiny bathroom stuff for one example. Why on Earth would you use such a giant box for a bunch of little stuff, especially when there's things that could spill. 3)"We wrap, protect, and transport everything with care." I found the absolute opposite. There was a whole entire box of fragile porcelain figurines that were placed in a box without any sort of paper or bubble wrap around any of the items and they only threw a wad of paper at the very top. The box where I found a broken porcelain figurine it was just placed amongst other fragile stuff and clothing. Again, no wrapping whatsoever around these fragile objects. 4) Many of the boxes were not labeled as far as the contents and we had no idea what was in these boxes. 5) some of these boxes had words on them and I don't even know if it was English, but I have no idea what they said. And only the top of the box is remarked none of the sides. So you had to unbury all of the boxes just to read whatever gibberish was on the top. 6) they literally just placed the boxes anywhere they wanted. The homeowner tried to direct them to what rooms things went in and it was a complete disaster when I got there today. 7) And before I forget, the most important thing is that they lost their cat! They had a door that was closed and they told one of them make sure nobody goes in here because I have cats in here and they opened the door and the cat ran out of the house and is still missing as of a couple weeks. How are they going to compensate for that? That was only 4 hours today and it was a WhatTF ...one after another. I'm going to be helping them unpack for the next few weeks and I cringe thinking what I'm going to find. Seems like they were a very lazy and unprofessional/ untrained team. I pack as part of my job as well and this was high schooler level. A college kid would do better than this. Major training is needed
