I am not a huge pork eater so if I order it I want it to be good. Usually I only get a Big Dad on a regular bun but this time I ordered that, ribs, baked beans and peach cobbler. Without a doubt the peach cobbler is always a treat I will never be disappointed with that and also the baked beans are always a hit. I did order ribs as well and the only thing that I didn't like was that I requested dry and they put the sauce on them anyway. I was a bit disappointed about that because since I don't eat pork very often I like it the way I like it. Of course the Big Dad was awesome of course which is always my favorite. Hopefully no time soon but when I get that craving again I will be ordering the same thing but hopefully the ribs when be dry. (No Sauce) read more

Ok...hands down one of the BEST burgers ever cooked! Even my wife, who is not a burger lover...but was looking for a good burger that night...gave it a 10 out of 10! Very rarely do we ever eat at the same place twice in 2 days...but we went back the NEXT day to try more food and let our daughter try a burger. She took one bite...and her eyes lit up and she said "WOW!" The flame grilled HECK out of these burgers! We will ALWAYS eat here whenever we get a chance! Workers were amazing also! read more

They are definitely observing Covid 19 rules and regulations, the young girl in the store had her mask on, and the signs are plastered all over the store. We ordered a kids traditional wings with fries, and 2 orders of lemon pepper tenders - 1 with fries and the other with fried okra. I had the okra and it was good not too hard or soft, but those lemon pepper tenders were REALLY good. That was my very first time trying them but it will not be my last. I'm just going to ask them next time to not fry them soooo hard but other than that they were perfect.. will definitely visit this establishment again soon. read more

Shane's is definitely not the place to come if you're craving an authentic southern barbecue experience. I've been to this establishment twice and everything I've tried both times seemed mass produced, frozen, and tasteless. The lemon pepper tenders, mac and cheese, french fries, coleslaw, pulled bbq chicken sandwich, the peach cobbler...all bland, dry, and very basic. My toddler had a kids meal and after one bite said "it's yucky mama, I don't like it". After waiting all day to eat, having a disappointing and generic meal like this only made me upset. Shane's was offering teachers a free sandwich and side to show us appreciation. I walked in and showed the post although they wasn't aware of the promo, the mgr was very gracious. She said, teachers are awesome and it was her pleasure to serve me. I ordered the Big Dad sandwich with side of fried okra and a drink, it was the best lunch ever. If it were possible to give the Fairburn Shane's Rib Shack a rating of -200 stars, that would not be penalty enough. I ordered and paid for my order via the company's App. When I arrived to pick up my order the cashier went into the food preparation area to retrieve my food. She (young black teenager) was given a tongue lashing from a loud male voice stating "Did they place an online order? Can't they see that we have all these other orders? What did they order?" I informed the cashier that I did not want anything that this person in the kitchen cooking. At that time the assistant manager return to the cashiers area after he had taken food out to guest dining in the restaurant. He politely asked that I explain my concern. After which he went into the food preparation area and spoke with the stores manager. Then he notified him that I was requesting a refund because of the comments I heard him blaring from the kitchen area. He then hurriedly Came from the kitchen area and begin to explain to the assistant manager how to cancel my order and have my money refund back to my card. I explained to the store manager that his comments about my other were so loud that I heard everything that he said .Never did he apologize for his unprofessional disposition, nor respond to me directly. I notified him that I would be submitting a formal written grievance against Him for his behavior. I will no longer patronize this establishment in Fairburn, GA. Decided to make a quick pit stop to get lunch for work. When pulling up I saw a poster in the window of a big good looking burger. It's called the Shaniac's Burger.... this burger was thick with a beef pattie, Cole slaw and pull pork. You practically had to eat it with two hands. The staff at this located was very hospitable. The restaurant it self was very clean and organized. The rest was also Very clean. Whe every in the area, I will make a pit stop in again an get this burger. It's the burger too try!!! read more

I've visited this location twice and the second time because my husband asked me to give them a second chance. The first time we went, my daughter wanted the kid's meal with fried wings only to receive two out of the four wings raw on the inside. We weren't refunded our money but given more wings. Tonight we decided to go back, asked them to cook her wings hard, praying they would be cooked on the inside to receive one out of the four wings raw and then hair in my food. I noticed the hair as I bit into my food and went to the front to complain to have the option of a refund, throw my food away or replace it. Because my family was eating I chose to receive new food but I'm appalled at the customer service. No refund plus new food. Visited this location for the first time last night. I've been to Shane's before and knew most of what to expect. Limited parking because it shares a small strip mall area with Verizon and firehouse subs. The interior looks clean. Upon entering I was waited on right away. I was in my fire dept uniform and was offered a discount which they ended up not giving me. No big deal. It's a privilege and not expected. Pork sandwich and small stew took about 5 minutes to prepare. Bathrooms were clean. Tea was fresh. Food was good. Stew had lots of meat and other goodies in it. The sandwich was on buttered / toasted Texas toast with tons of meat. Good deal for the price of around $7.50. I'd go back to this location if I have the chance read more

Thought they had again messed up our order and ended up picking up Zaxby's later that evening. Craving wings! When we went to toss the packages the next day, we discovered our smoked wings underneath a second layer of paper!! Bake beans out of a can....trash Every table I tried to sit at had grease or food on it. I thought the CDC guidelines for cleanliness are supposed to be higher.
