Normal businessmen think "hey, the customer just paid in full for the truck and shipping! This is the moment for me to deliver the truck and title!" These guys think "The customer just paid in full for the truck and shipping! Let's just wait 15 days now and just make him beg for the title and truck, that sounds fun! Oh and lets send the truck eventually, but never send him the title hahah!" ^^This is how they conduct business ^^ Paid in full for the truck, Brian forced me to keep calling to ask about the shipping almost 15 days after paying in full, finally had someone step in and like magic got my shipping locked on in a day (Thanks Chris, a little late in the game for a save but a save nonetheless). Nearly a month later after paying in full, I still have no title for my truck, making it a useless expenditure sitting in the shop. Losing money everyday it sits there useless because of no title. Should be legally liable for my losses, very closely nearing the point of an intake meeting with my lawyers, which is sad because Trucksmart Izuzu had an absolute easy shoe-in of a deal with my full cash purchase. The fact that they didn't overnight me the title after wiring them the 74k in full is absolutely BAFFLING. I will upgrade this review to 2 or 3 stars if Chris overnights me the title tomorrow morning with absolutely zero issues and zero pestering. Update: finally should be receiving my Title today OVER 20 DAYS after full payment in all respects. Clearly unacceptable, but will upgrade the review to 2 star "could have been better" because it's simply the truth. read more

Tried purchasing a truck from them. First of all they demanded a 1,000 deposit to even fill out a credit app. Finally sent the application and they kept asking for more and more information. We purchased 3 other isuzu trucks financed through toyota financial services in the past. But they kept having all these 3rd party finance companies call us to ask for more information. Finally they told us we could get the 102k truck but it was gonna be 40k down payment, and 3000 monthy payments do the math Maybe because we have a an accent they thought it was ok to try and rip us off like that. They then kept making excuses. Truth is they probably sold the truck to someone else a d just wasted our time. I checked and it was deleted off truck trader and such. We ended up buying a hino through someone elsem. Approved the same day without the b.s read more

If I could give this company negative a million stars I would. They gave us a terrible truck and when we brought in for an appointment. An appointment. Our truck was never serviced and none of our issues were resolved. The guy Mark in service just continually lied saying he was on the job and never did anything to the truck. This company sucks. I will post this on every site so everyone knows to never buy from this company. We missed opportunities in hopes of getting serviced and nothing ever happened. I will never purchase another vehicle from this or have any dealing with them. I hope the rest of the world sees this and take their business elsewhere. They suck to the upmost. read more

I purchased a used Izuzu Front Cab with no Body with Ronald Katz who no longer works there. The truck was clean, seemed well maintained. The location is clean, organized and staff seems professional. Ron was friendly, straight forward so overall it seemed like a good deal and the transaction went smooth. On the first drive I noticed that the truck was bumpy at low speeds. Not knowing much about trucks I assumed that it was because there was no body on the truck. I asked Ron this and he confirmed this. Unfortunately my mechanic who checked the truck didn't notice anything wrong with it either. It took me 2 months to get my old body and reefer fitted on this truck. After everything was complete the truck was still bumpy. Took it back to trucksmart and they said I needed new shocks. I explained the situation and at the end they would only give me $40 off the bill which was somewhere between $3,000 and $4,000. I'm sure they knew of the issue before it was sold as they also have repair shop. Other than that the truck has been working fine for a year. If you happen to find a good truck then you should have no problems - otherwise if you have problems the management will not work out something reasonable based on my experience. There are plenty of other dealers out there. read more

Avoid having a horrible experience. Don't do business with this company. I brought my truck in for an oil change and they without authorization did other work and charged me twice what they should have. That's $500 for an oil change. I tried to reason with them and they offered me a second boil change free, which tells me that they knew they were wrong. I own four trucks for my business. I will tell everyone I know that this is a place to avoid read more

this is my 3rd response to mr mclaughlin's comments about me, while i knew you had 2 other brothers if you think back say about a dodge caravan, i think you know who i am, at the time you were driving a AWD caravan and i warned you about the transmission issues, i dealt with you before you built onto the trailer and put the " service center " in place. You state that i stated you live the good life and that my comments are peppered with lies, sir ina word you know you are lying. you hammered myself as well as my mother in law and i made sure anyone i knew who was looking for a car or truck stayed away from your business, tom at one point did own your property now in the meantime you may have purchased it from him and all well and good, however you know what you have done to me and others in the past, and history always repeats itself, so in closing i stand by my comments and keep selling trucks because your car's were "poo" just like you. have a happy holiday ! read more

Let me tell you the experience I have had recently with Truck Smart in Fairless Hills, PA. August 28, 2013 I bought a 17 ft. Box truck from them. I live in North Carolina and searched the Internet for the truck that had everything that I needed in a work truck. I found what I thought was a good deal at Truck Smart. After several conversations with Pete I decided to purchase the truck. $22,0000 later I have the truck, after paying 700.00 to have it delivered to North Carolina. And let me mention that I also had to pay for the gas to drive it down here and a plane ticket for Pete to fly back to PA. It was delivered on Friday, August 31, 2013. From the outside of the truck it looked great. Pete said it drove well and the air conditioner worked very well. When I drove the truck home from our meeting point I noticed that it was running hot. I thought maybe it just needed coolant. Monday morning when I went to work with the truck loaded with my product it began overheating. On Tuesday I took it to the shop. I called Pete to let him know what was going on with the truck. He told me to have the repairs done to the truck and he would take care of the expenses. That did NOT happen. The truck was not fixed and Pete told me to take it to a garage that specializes in air conditioning on trucks. So I did. They told me it needed a clutch fan and radiator. I called Pete to let him know what they said and the cost would be around 550.00. Pete said they would mail me a check for 200.00 for the work that was done on it the previous day and that was all he would pay for. The 550.00 would be my responsibility. Today I received a check from them for 175.00. This does not even cover what has been done to the truck and does NOT cover any of the repairs. Let me mention that when Pete drove the truck down here he could not have run the air conditioner because the truck would overheat. So Pete began this whole transaction with a lie. Now I have a broke truck and out all this money. So this is clearly a bad business deal. Most honest dealers would try to work with you to take care of the customer/dealer relationship. I did not receive any free gas or anything. I did receive a thank you card in the mail today from them. Really?!?!? The only thanks I want is to have a truck that runs well and for them to accept the fact that they knew in advance that the truck had problems but did not disclose them to me the buyer. Again I say bad business deal. I do not recommend anyone do business with them because they are not up front and honest with you. Have a mechanic check your potential purchase thoroughly before writing that check. Because they will sell you a lemon. I have learned an important lesson. read more

I can't even begin to state how pleased I was with the transaction I had with TruckSmart. I am aa Chevy Dealer from Ohio, I had a client looking for a used utility body van, kinda like finding a needle in a hay stack. I found TruckSmart who had 3 such vehicles but was hesitant to call thinking they wouldnt work with other dealers. To my surprise they were more than willing to work with us. I made several inquiries, each and every one was answered quickly and professionally. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and my client flew out to pick the truck up. They met him at the airport, ON A SUNDAY, and stayed with him until he was ready to head back to Ohio. When my client got home he couldnt wait to show me the van, it was spotless and exceeded every expectation either of us had, he also shared with me how nice all the trucks in inventory were, and how helpful-polite-& professional they were.
