His reaction to being told his services would no longer be needed were extreme, particularly for someone who had been paid $1900 for "training" he was no longer being asked to provide. If he was so comfortable slamming my door and shouting expletives at my daughter and I, I can only imagine how his interactions with my dog would have escalated. As it is, my already anxiety ridden dog is now even more fearful, damage I hope we will be able to undo with the help of an actual qualified professional.
