We have had our 4 dogs groomed here a few times. The last time they came back from being groomed…read moreall acting weird. Shaking, hiding...not like them at all. The next day we were leaving for vacation and all my dogs seemed like they were okay. Our 3 year old Frenchie still was off. First night away a dog sitter told me the Frenchie still wasn't acting right and that she was shaking. Hours later she couldn't walk. Frenchies are prone to Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) this we know. But our Frenchie is barely 3 and has never had any issues ever. Had to be rushed to a surgeon and they had to do surgery. Her hind legs are paralyzed. We called Woof Gang and spoke to a manager and they said they viewed the camera and spoke to the groomer and they claimed nothing happened. The surgeon said she had either jumped or fallen from something high or was hit by a car. We also noticed one of her nails wasn't trimmed at all, which to me seems like something possibly happened and they stopped and kenneled her. Another review on here said their dogs were shaking when they went to get them groomed there and they had a bad experience. Something is up with this place. There is no need to take even a chance of them hurting your dog. Just be safe and go somewhere else!

My mom also tried this with her Shi Tzu that has a very sensitive stomach and he loves it too and hasn't had nearly the stomach upsets that he once had. We tried the cat food too and our fat cat is on the "lite" version and he's actually doing a lot better than he was. Besides the food being awesome the buying and delivery process was easy and fast, Gary was super nice and on top of it with our delivery. I also always bring my baby girl in to get her nails done here, and haven't had a bad experience. Tera in the grooming department has done my dog's nails a few times, and she always does a great job and gets us in and out quickly. My dog is pretty shy and timid with new people, but allows Tera to pick her up and do her nails without a struggle. The price is also great for a nail trim - most places charge almost twice what they do. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait when we walk in, and one groomer in the past and ashy very gentle with my baby. But that's why I always make sure Tera is working before coming in.
