Came here to get a Covid test after learning of potential exposure. After walking in, we were helped promptly and the staff was super nice even though they were pretty busy with other patients/walk ins. They kept their cool and professionalism when some customers were trying to move ahead/get service earlier than others (ahead of them) making sure everyone was helped efficiently and fairly. Waited ~10 mins and then was helped to do a self administered oral swab test for the family. They were extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process. If you have reoccurring prescription you need to fill, consider moving it here. They have a personal touch to their service and not to mention they have free delivery within 30 miles of their location for regular fills. I have hypothyroidism, migranes and allergies that require a good amount of refills. I was considering asking my doctor to switch up my migrane meds, as the one I have been on seem to work less and less. I consulted with the pharmacist there and she was able to explain to me the different types of migrane medications including preventatives. I was so happy that she took the time to educate me and gave me options to ask my doctor. I was leaving when I saw the sign for CBD oil. I asked about it and was a little skeptical because there is so much products out there and many claim it to be the miracle potion. I decided to give it a shot because: 1. I suffered from Angioaledema which makes me allergic to all NSAIDS including asprin. When I have a flare up for my arthritis or have pain, I have to grit the pain or go to Urgent care for a shot. Which is costly. 2. My migranes are out of control and so painful I can't funtion once it comes on. The CBD oil was cheaper than a $300 shot and visit to urgent care so I gave it a try. I had to write this review because after 1 full syringe of this and 20 minutes later I am able to get out of bed, cook and do laundry. It wasn't instant relief. After 10 minutes I felt the edge taken off the pain but after a full 20 minutes I am up and functioning....hence this freaken long review! True Care Pharmacy really take their name sake seriously. My girl and I went to get our testing done here and it was the most efficient, fast and painless experience ever! The service here is very fast and feels more personalized and caring than it does at retail pharmacies. I came for a COVID-19 PCR test and was able to get an appointment the day after I called. The results come the next morning as long as you do your test right (it's a throat swab). So fast compared to other retail pharmacies! And it's a locally, family owned pharmacy, which I will always try to support. Michelle (the owner) is very sweet and personable! Their staff are also really friendly, especially Trisha and Thai. DON'T GO HERE FOR PCR COVID TESTS. They make patients do their own COVID tests and advise you to only swab your cheek (UNLIKE, every other COVID test I've ever done). I came out negative, but then I took a 2nd PCR test where an actual healthcare professional put the swab up my nose and I came back positive! I took each of these tests less than 24hrs from each other, towards the end of my quarantine. read more

They always address me by name when I call, have a much easier time working with and speedily getting information from my doctor than CVS ever did, they do delivery and they're so sweet and nice and can usually deliver on extremely short notice. South Korea requires test to be done 48 hours prior to the time of the flight. My dad needed his covid negative test to get back to his homeland, and true care pharmacy was able to get the result back to me day after the test was done. As of today my dad arrived safely in Korea with no problems, and I could not thank True Care Pharmacy staff enough.
