Took me a while to post this review. I found them on Yelp hoping the reviews are legit. Some of…read morethem probably are. And as much as I would like to give them a good review, them being our last contractor before we finally moved back in our house (after 20 long months of being displaced after Hurricane Beryl), it has been stressful cleaning up after the mess these guys have done to our home. And to this day, we're still finding paint splatters on floors, appliances, furnitures, doors; unpainted areas; uneven paint; it never ends. If you own a home, and you have things inside your home, don't hire these guys. They don't respect your property. Shoe prints on top of our table cover, it's so bad we had to throw it away. We had just installed wood floors on our stairs and there's a lot of scruff marks a thick dirt that we had to scrub it clean. They painted over nails. Paint was dumped on our toilets and sinks, and on our lawn. A simple search confirms that these are ILLEGAL. They tried to deny it but then later admitted to it when confronted. We brought up a lot of these issues shortly after they "finished" and they did come to try to correct many of it. And for that, I give them credit for. But I'm still finding paint splatters on several items, to this day, as we're working our way towards fully settling back in our home. ADDITIONALLY: before they came, we had our home thoroughly and professionally cleaned twice by another contractor specializing on air quality. And those cleaners have video proof of their work so we have evidence of the condition of our home (cleanliness-wise) before these painters roughed it it. I'm truly disappointed and I don't recommend this company to anyone at all.

His team accommodated us as we moved into the home before the job was complete, and made sure to have our master bedroom done first so that we would have a place to sleep. We bought a home in Shadow Creek and wanted to make it look more modern with an updated paint job…read more We received a few quotes and chose to go with CertaPro Painters for a few reasons; cost was reasonable, you get a free paint consultant that comes to the home to finalize your options, accent walls are included in the quote and you pay when the job is complete & you're satisfied. We chose to upgrade our home by choosing a light gray paint and accenting certain areas with a darker gray. It came out beautiful. The consultant was my favorite part of the entire experience. She was patient, knowledgeable and you can tell she really loves what she does. She was able to make sure that we were confident about our options before the job was started. I was impressed that the job started immediately the next day. The painters were very nice and respectful. I couldn't give 5 stars because I had a few complaints; they didn't use painters tape (so the corners are not as straight as my OCD would prefer), and I just found an area in the washroom that was poorly completed. Yet, in their defense, there was a refrigerator there at the time and they left paint for touch ups as needed. I would definitely use them again, either way, as they painted my two story, 5-bedroom/office/game room/formal dining/3.5bath in a week, so I was thoroughly impressed. Tips: Use the coupon online or in the mail to get and additional $200 dollars off your quote. Get the paint that allows you to wipe up scratches or marks with a wet towel. It's a little higher, but undoubtedly worth it in the long run, especially if you have small kids. Make sure to inspect each room daily, so that you can address any concerns or complaints with them in a timely manner and not find things after the job has been completed
