I was especially grateful that he was flexible with his schedule (he was able to schedule a detail the day before I needed it). Recently I bought a 2000 4Runner, and it's about an 11 on a 10-point scale for being clean, except I don't think it had ever seen a coat of wax and the engine bay was black with oil and grease. I engaged True Details twice back to back, first only to detail the engine bay, second for the wax job. Elijah's job on the engine bay was so good that it was a no-brainer to use him for the wax job as well. He's got administrative smarts you don't usually see in such a young guy - like knowing good customer service, the importance of prompt responses - and he's very willing to talk the technical side of his work - like the products and processes he uses.
