We were greeted on a friendly manor and kept notified of the status of our table. I am thankful that you take reservations. Our server was Aldo (?). He was friendly and sweet. He took good care of us without being annoying and coming by too many times. I appreciated his recommendations (that I requested). The space is GORGEOUS! It is well lit, fresh and not noisy even though they were at capacity. The bathroom was clean and the water to wash your hands was plentiful and warm. It felt so luxurious for some reason. The manager was clearly involved and supportive. A couple walked in without a reservation and the wait was too long for them. As they were going to leave I saw them being lead back (to I assume was a place at the bar to eat). It was nice to see them accommodated. The food and drinks were phenomenal! I ordered the seasonal special bowl with tofu and a pomegranate limeade. They were both perfect! Tasty, healthy, nice presentation and the perfect amount of food to feel full and satisfied, but not stuffed. My husband has Celiac disease. I noticed many gluten free options and can't wait to take him back. I loved seeing the open, spacious and clean kitchen. I have already recommended this resturaunt to several people (in less than 12 hours) and can't wait to go back! I will be telling everyone about this place! I want them to enjoy amazing healthy food and I want you to stay in business!!! I live 8-10 minutes away, so I like the location as well as the ease of parking. Only one minor downfall. For a tofu bowl and a non alcoholic drink my bill was $25 and change (I split the bill with a friend but she also ordered a bowl of some sort with tofu and a non alcoholic drink, so very similar). We were invited inside by an absolutely charming guy who turned out to be the manager of this branch (as we were standing outside contemplating where to go for coffee before heading to our dinner reservation at another place). It was 20 deg F and he did not want us freezing outside :) What a fantastic decision it turned out to be, they seated us at the bar, Paige the phenomenal bartender served us giant cups of steaming hot excellent latte while she made us comfortable. And then Adam served us two absolutely delicious appetisers ON THE HOUSE!! Our jaws dropped... but that wasn't all, because every single server and staff was kind, friendly, polite and a delight to talk with even on busy evening to two customers drinking coffee at a bar without a reservation! :))) Now the food - they served us their signature hummus and pita bread - divine flavour, light mildly spiced and comes with a serving of chopped salad and olives (the freshness will blow you away!!)) Then there was the roasted Brussel sprouts- I swear the burst of flavours and perfect crispy crunch of the roast, delicate twist of of citrus in there - I'm a true carnivore but I swear with food like this I would give up meat in a heartbeat. Who says healthy food can't be delicious? My mom is vegan so we decided to give this place a try. Everything we ordered was amazing. I personally loved the miso glazed sweet potato in the ancient grains bowl. They have a lot of different kind of veggies in the bowl like mushrooms, peas, onions and they are all flavorful. You just feel so refreshing after the meal! They have an extensive menu for not just vegetables but also meat. The interior is very hip, modern, and bright. I am really happy I found this place! It can be difficult finding restaurants that offer more than one or two vegan dishes, and True Food Kitchen has a ton of options, and they are of different variety. I got the teriyaki grain bowl with bok choy and tofu and it was amazing! I was looking at their mission statement and I love what they stand for. After finishing my meal, I truly felt better than when I came in! I am a stickler on tofu. I don't like it rubbery, too soft, or under seasoned. Hard to do with tofu, but my tofu was done perfectly! You can tell the ingredients are fresh. The restaurant was super clean and they are following social distancing guidelines. My server Stephen was very attentive and kind. Overall a great experience, and I am excited to come back and test out more of the menu. read more

The butternut pizza was much enjoyed by her, and the chicken sausage got rave reviews from grandma! However, I was disappointed by the spaghetti squash dish ( nothing special in terms of flavor and presentation and VERY small portion for $14!) The steak tacos were also overpriced and only provided 2 tacos for $18! My daughters boyfriend needed to feed off of all of us to feel full. We arrived for our Sunday reservation for four people at 6:45pm and were seated almost immediately at a comfortable booth. The restaurant was a bit noisy- I had difficulty hearing the waitress but had no difficulty hearing the people at my table. Everything we ordered was delicious. My favorite item would be a toss up between the butternut squash pizza and the cauliflower polenta. Each dishes seemed to be appropriately portioned- a good healthy amount for a change instead of an overwhelming quantity. Strike that... I chose this restaurant to celebrate my 40th birthday .. my party has 8 adults. I asked for 5pm for our time slot on a Saturday. They can't accommodate and I think it's crazy. Just to clarify, they aren't booked because I can go in and make 2 separate reservations for a party of 4 each on open table. They asked that I take the chance and walk in but I can't do that since we have an escape room planned for after dinner which we have to be at for a specific time. 5pm to me is pretty early to be in the dinner craze, but hey, I guess it is .. Went here for Father's Day and really enjoyed it!! All the food is delicious and satisfying! The portions are definitely individual size. The edamame dumplings are really good starters! Prices are a little up there, but they use good ingredients, so understandable. I'd go back! The food is usually good and the staff is always professional, that said, for the second time in a month my friends voted to leave this restaurant and eat at another restaurant in the same area. The reason was challengingly loud music. Loud music has become the norm for some restaurants, especially during the cocktail hour. But a suburban restaurant in a mall, filled with young families and retired people, perhaps should moderate. I really wanted to like this place. I loved the idea and concept but sadly the flavors did not deliver. I feel this place is overpriced for what it is. Two taco dinner almost $20 and a $17 burger seems very steep. The chicken wrap was bland and dry. My sons burger which he ordered medium rare was not even rare and borderline raw. He asked politely for it to be recooked. We waited 25 minutes for his next one and it came out medium well and severely charred. He didn't want to complain so he just ate it. This place is great if you want to have a healthy sit-down dinner. Though it pricey, the food is good. I had a turkey burger with a side kale salad. The burger was pretty standard but exceeded my expectations from a restaurant like this. The side kale salad was delicious; it's tossed it a light citrus dressing which I loved. I also tried the herb hummus which comes with pita bread and was so yummy. Topped with feta cheese, black olives, red onions, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes it was creamy, flavorful, and filling. We also tried the roasted beet and goat cheese flatbread which was surprisingly delicious as well. It has a large piece of beet (it isn't chopped up at all). Their alcoholic drink were delicious too. I had the apple gold rush which had the perfect portion of bourbon. The facility is fairly new so it was very clean with a nice ambience. Would try again if I'm in the area. read more

This was a great experience. We showed up a bit early and our server just didn't realize we were seated, so we waited awhile before we saw her. No big deal. She was very nice and very apologetic. The service was outstanding. Two managers showed up about five minutes apart to express their apologies for our little wait. They even comped a dessert. The food was just delicious. Asian Tuna tartar was amazing with coconut vinaigrette and what looked and tasted like pickled onions although the menu said cucumber. The umami crackers were great, and the tuna was cut into perfectly sized pieces for the crackers. Entree was a smoked Gouda turkey burger with avocado, tomato, lettuce and jalapeño remoulade. It wasn't just the best turkey burger I ever had but one of the best burgers period. My wife has burrata and a teriyaki quinoa bowl. They were both delicious. My wife had wine but I ordered one of their refreshers, orange, lime and clementine. Tart, very flavorful and not at all sweet. It really didn't need to be, a great drink. The dessert was strawberry cake and ice cream with ricotta frosting. We were stuffed but devoured the dessert it was so good. We'll be back. read more
