This review is going to be a little odd because it covers two visits. We liked our original so much, we went back a short time later. The first visit, my son and I stopped after his baseball game. I thought this was just a burger bar. I was wrong. We did have the burger, which was fantastic, and the shrimp scampi, also terrific. While we were there, we kept seeing pizza coming out that looked amazing. So a few weeks later, I took my son and wife for pizza. We got the SMOG pizza, and I have to tell you, this is my new favorite thin crust pizza. Crust has good snap. Ingredients were all fresh. Sauce was done just right. I can't wait to go back. They aesthetic of the restaurant is sharp. They bar area is a place you would want to watch a game. Music is good. Service the first time was a miss, but they were clearly understaffed. Service the second time was great. My only knock is both times, the men's bathroom floor was sticky. Anyway, I can't wait to return.

Won a party of six for their opening patio event and loved every second of it. Sitting outside by the water with great food, live music, and rounds of limoncello and orangecello was perfection. Every bite I tried was delicious.

This place was a solid stop all around. Plenty of seating, a great covered patio and cozy vibe. Service was good, but Joseph really stood out. He knew the menu inside and out and steered us in the right direction. We started with the sizzling shrimp and the sausage and peppers, and both were absolute winners. For mains, the gnocchi and the pistachio crusted whitefish were flavorful, filling, and done right. Whether you're here for a classic deep dish or trying something a little different, you'll leave happy. Definitely worth coming back.

Fettuccine Alfredo craving satisfied. I wanted a basic fettuccine alfredo one evening, and all the other Italian places nearby had more complex and "fancier" dishes. Labriola came up when I actually typed "fettuccine alfredo". The place has a family-friendly vibe and a big bar area in the middle as you walk inside. This is a good place to watch sports, dine at the booths, and have private events as well. It reminds me of Moretti's. Our server is friendly, efficient, and helpful. We ordered the FETTUCCINE ALFREDO. It is just what I wanted. It is not heavy on the cream sauce and the portion is big. We also tried the EGGPLANT PARMESAN , as recommended by our server. This is a good dish as well. The flavors of the eggplant and the sauce of the pasta are delicious. They have daily specials, and I would love to try their meat lasagna next time. This is a good option if we want the classic Italian dishes. 'Til next time!

Such a great stop! The restaurant has plenty of seating and a beautiful covered outdoor patio, so you can even enjoy it during the winter months. While the overall service was good, our server Joseph was truly fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and we ended up ordering almost everything he recommended. Every single dish was absolutely delicious. You really can't go wrong with any of his suggestions -- he genuinely loves bringing people together through food, and it shows. So impressed. Overall, this is a wonderful place to enjoy a classic deep‑dish pizza or explore some of their more sophisticated menu items. A fantastic experience all around!

I came here back in the summer for Happy Hour. I was seated at the bar outside by the patio. The view is spectacular. Beautiful ambiance. Happy Hour is on Thursday's from 3:00 PM til 6PM. There is a few food and drink selections on the menu. I ordered the $5.00 Ravioli Fritti very delicious & $5.00 Pizza Bread. The Secret Garden In My Mind Cocktail was refreshing. A perfect drink for the summer weather. This particular day there was a band playing jazz music. I enjoyed the beautiful patio area, the nice weather, appetizers, cocktails and smooth vibes. The only thing bothering me were a bunch of Bees flying around the bar area. I guess the sweetness was drawing them into my space. A nice hidden gem in Oakbrook worth the visit.

Reliable spot with ample parking and good food - revamped outdoor seating is great in good weather and Labriola has a decent variety of salads and entrees that are affordable with a great taste. The complimentary bread and olive oil is yummy and eating outdoors in warm weather is the best way to maximize your experience at Labriola.

Really good food, great service, and comfortable booth seating. We started with the arugula and prosciutto pizza. It had a unique ciabatta crust, and it was amazing. So light and flavorful. The server brought us some meatballs and a bread basket for us to sample, since it was our first time there. I got the gnocchi as my entree, and that was delicious, though I couldn't finish it! Would definitely come back next time I'm in the Chicago area.

The food is always great at this place. Service was definitely improved from past times. Ambience seems appropriate for an Italian restaurant.

My husband and I went to Labriola Ristorante for a date night and enjoyed every second of it! The staff is very friendly and attentive and Labriola was able to accommodate gluten free pasta! We will be coming back for future date nights!

Just came with my family and we had an amazing lunch! We started off with bruschetta, shrimp & some Arancini that the staff was nice enough to bring for us to try! Everything was delicious! Then we had salmon (which was heavenly), some steak and fries and pasta alla vodka which was so good! The tiramisu was the best we've had! I also got 2 drinks which one was recommended by our server and it did not disappoint! The staff was very attentive and welcoming, will definitely be coming back!

Had dinner with some friends and everything was delicious. The bar area is pretty cozy, smaller booths so be aware if you're coming for happy hour. Our waitress was very attentive. We decided to do the happy hour menu and got: steak medallions, calamari, and arancini. The arancini was the star of the show. I didn't love the calamari, but it wasn't bad. As my main I got the rigatoni alla vodka which was so tasty. My friend's dishes (creamy tomato pasta and steak frites) were delicious as well. My pictured cocktail was so tasty. I would definitely come back!

The space is beautiful, though the tables are... let's just say neighborly. Great if you enjoy bonding with strangers, less great if you like a little elbow room. The menu is interesting and inviting. We started with the parmesan artichokes. Crunchy and satisfying, with nice pieces throughout, but a bit shy on flavor. It felt like it almost got to the party but stopped just outside the door. For mains, everyone genuinely enjoyed their dishes. I had the gnocchi della casa with porcini ragù. The gnocchi were soft, light, and pillowy, though just a touch dense and missing that subtle potato flavor that makes you close your eyes for a second. Not quite at the level of my mom's or grandma's (but let's be honest, nothing ever is). The mushroom sauce was tasty, though it leaned slightly vinegary. The pistachio-crusted whitefish was a standout. Perfectly crisp on the outside, flaky and tender on the inside. Definitely a win. The risotto of the day was creamy and comforting, but it felt like it was missing that little spark, that "something" that takes it from good to memorable. Drinks were a highlight. The Sicilian Negroni and Fields of Tuscany were both well-crafted and delicious. No notes there. For the price, it's a solid spot and worth experiencing at least once. Come for the energy, stay for the drinks, and maybe bring your best "I don't mind sitting close" attitude.

The sausage was definitely the fan favorite for the kids. I have to say the pizza crust was really enjoyable, crispy throughout and not too paper thin and robust enough to hold all toppings. As far as service, it's best to call in ahead to put in your order, as I've heard they only pump out 100 or so pizzas per day and seem to be in high demand. For example, we called in on a weekday at 4:45pm and pick up wouldn't be until 6:35pm. So roughly, two hour wait which was on par with what I've read about. The shop itself is very small. Only two tables and the rest of the space is dedicated to the kitchen and pizza oven. I'd recommend taking to go as inside runs hot from the big ol' oven. All in all, really great quality tavern style. Worth a try if you can time the order with when you want to eat. =P 'Til next time, cheers!

Thin, square-cut, and baked well-done, the pie showcases a crisp, structurally sound crust with just enough char to add bitterness and depth without overpowering the bite. The pepperoni is assertive and well-distributed, releasing savory oils that mingle with a bright, balanced tomato sauce and evenly browned cheese. Each slice holds its integrity--no flop, no excess grease--allowing the quality of the ingredients to remain front and center. The restraint here is intentional; nothing feels overworked or gratuitous. Kim's Uncle keeps the operation deliberately narrow: one pizza size, phone-in ordering only, and a clear commitment to execution over expansion. The result is a confident, old-school tavern pie that respects tradition while delivering precision. For those who appreciate classic Chicago pizza done thoughtfully and without compromise, this is essential. 9/10.

For this visit, I bellied up to the bar, grabbed a signature cocktail and went all in for my dinner. I started with an order of the cheese bread and followed up with a personal pepperoni deep dish. The cocktail, Windy City Punch, was okay. Nothing special, but it hit the spot and was a solid drink to wash down the pizza with. Food wise, the deep dish was great. Personal pizza was a tad smaller than expected, but it was just enough. The pizza itself was tasty, just what I was after! While the pie was good, the cheese bread was disappointing. First, they either gave me the wrong bread, forgot the cheese or need to rebrand the dish. It was lacking cheese and was pretty lackluster for a starter. Service was okay at the bar.
