Exactly my kind of place! I was in town for a wedding and found this place on Uber eats Their yuzu lemonade was so good! Their bowl was just perfect!

This is my hands down favorite fast food place! The ingredients are sooo fresh, so healthy, and delicious! The price is so reasonable, filling, and they always have promotions and a rewards program. The service at this location is amazing!!! They make eye contact, smile, take their time, explain the menu, give recommendations, and overall warm. The dinning area is clean! Look at that large piece of yummy salmon! 5 stars!!

Found the restaurant as hot and new restaurants in the area, food was amazing! You can put just about everything! The food was definitely fresh! The kale a super clean, no Sandy taste or texture. Potatoes were so yummy. Only thing I would suggest is to keep the protein at a hotter temperature. The food was less than warm. The best welcoming amazing great customer service from Kami. We will definitely visit any other location. I work out a lot and this is great healthy choice

Who is this employee? He needs to be retrained and put on probation, or let go to reduce future negative exposure.

Loyal Customer, But This Location Has Completely Lost My Trust... I've been a loyal customer at the Oak Brook BIBIBOP since it opened in 2023 -- over $1,200 spent so far ($137.69 in 2025, $439.09 in 2024, $669.70 in 2023). I'm not sharing that to brag -- I feed a large family, and this has been one of our go-to spots. I mention it to show how one reckless employee can damage both a brand's reputation and its financial bottom line. I used to love this place... until my recent visit completely changed that. I placed a mobile order and arrived a few minutes after the pickup time. My order wasn't on the shelf (which isn't unusual here), so I asked an employee -- the one shown in my attached photo/videos -- for help. What should've been a quick lookup turned into a total headache. I provided my name, confirmation number, and even showed my order email, yet he insisted it wasn't in the system. When he asked to hold my phone and I politely declined, his attitude instantly changed, and he claimed he would no longer help me. Seriously -- when did it become mandatory for people to hold your personal device? The whole idea of mobile and contactless ordering came from avoiding unnecessary contact during a global health crisis. I'm not a germaphobe, but keep your crusty hands off my device. This is exactly where true management leadership makes the difference. A real manager would have offered an apology for the inconvenience, checked the system, and if the order truly wasn't found, simply remade the meal on the spot. Instead, this employee escalated things for no reason -- and unbelievably, tried to have me trespassed by the Oak Brook Police Department. My video shows everything, from the counter interaction to the parking lot. When I returned after running a quick errand, the officer was already inside. He met me at the door holding my meal. I asked if it was safe to eat -- and he said he couldn't answer that. There's no way I was eating anything from this location after that interaction, so I donated it to a local shelter instead. Throughout the conversation with the officer, the same employee kept coming out and antagonizing the situation, even after being told to stay separate -- completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, no one in the store wears name tags, making accountability impossible. I was handed a generic business card and told to "follow up," which I plan to do. If anyone in the Yelp community or at corporate can identify the individual in my photo/videos, please do. He needs to be retrained, put on probation, or let go -- before more customers experience the same. And please, stop blaming "POS technical issues." You have a mobile app -- step up your game. These excuses are outdated and do nothing but frustrate loyal customers who just want the food they paid for. After thinking about it, I realized I can make most of their food at home anyway. Honestly, I've always had quiet concerns about food quality here -- there's been more than one occasion where I found something questionable in my bowl. After spending this much money and receiving zero kindness, empathy, or basic customer care, walking away from this location is surprisingly easy. And for the record -- they never actually trespassed me. But I'm done.

Finding this place made me so happy! Being gluten-free and traveling can make it difficult to find good food sometimes depending on the city. So while visiting Oakbrook, Illinois -- I walked in, hoping that I would find one or two dishes that were gluten-free and found out that everything there is gluten-free. Woohoo! Way to go BIBIBOP!! They use gluten-free tamari sauce to cook and to make their sauces. That said, it seems to be after chipotle where you choose a base of rice, noodles or salad, and then add a protein and then toppings/vegetables and sauce. I got the spicy chicken on a salad base, and added beans, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, cabbage and Kimchi. And then added the Yum Yum. Most of the sides you can have as much as you want except for things like avocado, which is more expensive so they charge a bit extra. After we paid for our food, we realized that there was a big pot of miso soup that you can help yourself to, which was a bonus !! The miso soup was a nice, hot treat on a cool, rainy day, with a mild flavor that could be ideal for those who prefer something not so spicy. BIBIBOP way exceeded my expectations. My son who is not gluten-free really enjoyed his meal also. We are both foodies. Also, I want to give a shout out to Kami who worked there. She was very kind and helpful and happened to be the person that told me that everything was gluten-free so I was super excited. Thanks Kami for helping to make it such a memorable experience. And thanks to Bibibop for being with the times and offering so many amazing gluten-free options. I will definitely look for this restaurant in other cities. Unfortunately, it's not where I live yet.

My new favorite fast casual spot! I've seen more and more of these pop up and now I understand the hype. There are a few pre-made bowls to choose from or you can walk through the assembly line and create your own. I created my own with a base of half sweet potato noodles and half purple rice. The rice was a tad dry and clumpy but both were great! I did the chicken as my protein and added a whole bunch of toppings - kale, carrots, egg, red cabbage, cucumbers, and pineapple. The pineapple was extra which the server kindly reminded me before adding to my bowl which was thoughtful. I also got a side of teriyaki sauce. The portion was very filling. The assembly line and tables were very clean. All the ingredients looked so fresh! The employees were friendly, quick, and helpful. Overall a great experience!

Who doesn't love Bibibop?! As a long time goer of Bibibop at their other locations, this Oak Brook location reigns supreme. I've been here quite a few times since they opened and every time it was a hit. The staff here is constantly making fresh food. There's never anything cold, stale, or old. They have it displayed nicely, as well, and differently from other locations (served from tins/big bowls as opposed to Chipotle-style where it's in the countertop like some other Bibibop locations). This space itself is quite large with more than enough seating inside. Parking is conveniently right outside, along with their outdoor patio with a few tables. The food... hold my drink. I could go on and on about Bibibop. I absolutely love their steak, spicy chicken, yum yum sauce, literally all their sides, their miso soup - like I said, I could go on and on. I seriously get every single side on my bowl besides pineapple, and always have to get it drizzled with their yum yum sauce and teriyaki sauce. Did I mention their miso soup is complimentary, as well? You get a lot of food for a good price, too, and like I said earlier, it's always fresh. It's hard to find a place like Bibibop; I truly hope they expand even more all over Illinois and the USA because everyone needs to be trying this. You already know I'll be back for lunch or dinner soon!

I got the BIBIBOP Fan Favorite with a few tweaks. Sweet Potato Noodles, Purple Rice, Chicken, Broccoli, black beans, Carrots, Cheese, Corn, and ginger sesame sauce. I loved it! I'm definitely getting this combination again. Reminds me of an Asian chipotle. It also felt similar to stir fry restaurants even though it's not stir fried. Very open space, clean, and friendly employees. Lemonade was also tasty!

So happy to see Bibibop open up in more places. Fast casual Korean food bowls are great for lunch or dinner. You can order a small or original size bowl, and they'll both be plenty filling. I love that you can basically order bibimbap or you can customize the bowl to your liking. You can get white or purple rice, japchae noodles, or lettuce as your base. I personally like the japchae noodles and some purple rice. They have Korean BBQ beef which is bulgogi, but also offer steak, chicken, spicy chicken, tofu, or just veggie. So many options and toppings too! The interior is nice and spacious and there's outdoor seating with umbrellas. I'm a big fan of this place, and love coming back for more.

So happy there is one closer to us. Thank you oak Brook! I think it was meant to be delicious the minute I looked at the gorgeous blue sky above. This is a build it & stand in line place. They have tofu, meat, gluten free and organic food here. Multiple options, build your own, pick one and add to it or just pick one. I had the sweet potato noodle, tofu with kimchi, sesame kale, black beans, cabbage, teriyaki and ginger sesame oils. It was ammmmmazing! I have to admit. The bowl is big. I ate it. Since it's not a flour noodle I wasn't stuffed. I grabbed some of the chicken bowls for my family. The nice thing is it's different from all the other chipotle kind a places. Different food, great price $11 for a large bowl. No brainer really I'll be coming back .

I've been wanting to try this for so long! I live close to the one in Naperville, which hasn't opened yet, and so this was a perfect opportunity to see what it's like. The restaurant is similar to Chipotle/Subway/Naf Naf, where you choose your base, protein and toppings. Everything is fresh, great portions and lots of spice and tang level options. The space is also great - with a large indoor dininig section and outdoor. Staff were very kind and they have a ton of drink options. I am definitely adding this to my rotation of restaurants that I visit regularly.

This was my first time here so I did not know what to expect, but wow what a fantastic quick lunch option. They had a pretty decent patio which was half full at 11:45 on a Monday. The place overall was really clean and the order process was easy to follow. I opted to build my own bowl using the sweet potato noodles, which have a very nice subtle sweetness and flavor, and went a little out of my comfort zone adding kimchi, kale, and purple cabbage which all added a great crunch. The stars of the show are the spicy chicken and the incredibly tasty sesame ginger sauce. They both have way more flavor than i was expecting. The woman building my bowl was very patient, and cashier was so friendly and welcoming. I cannot wait to come back for lunch and sit outside next time

Bibibop is one of my new favorite places. The food is fresh and flavorful and the staff is super nice. As soon as you walk in there are signs explaining the concept and how everything is Gluten Free! I ordered a "Build your Own" Bowl . You choose a base so I chose white rice. Then hot toppings so I chose black beans and broccoli. Then you can choose some cold toppings such as corn, carrots, cheese, cucumber, eggs, kimchi, kale or picked red cabbage. Top it off with protein such as Korean BBQ,Spicey Chicken,Steak,Chicken or Tofu. There are a variety of sauces you can either put on the bowl or on the side. I had the teriyaki sauce with sesame ginger on the side. The combination was delicious. There is plenty of parking and indoor/outdoor seating. I will definitely be back!

You place your order on the tablet, there is just one guy working in there who makes the food and places it on the counter. The decor is simple and just right. The food is the best food ever! I had the rice paper wrap with tofu in it. I could only eat half as I was so full. The seasoning on the fries is so good.. and the cucumber salad was top notch. Even the drinks in the cooker area were very interesting that I had never seen before. It's very clear that this is a very well thought out restaurant. The only feedback I would give is to add a couple of options for vegan gluten free in the menu. My wrap had to be customized and communicating with the chef was a bit of a challenge due to language.

Zenwich - Tasty Food, Lacking Warmth…read more My family and I recently visited Zenwich and tried a little bit of everything--two sandwiches and two rice bowls. Let's start with the good: the sandwiches were delicious, with standout bread that really elevated the meal. While I wouldn't go out of my way to make a special trip just for them, they were definitely enjoyable and well-executed. The rice bowls earned a solid 7.5 from my husband and son. Flavorful and filling, but maybe missing that little extra something to make them truly memorable. Where Zenwich unfortunately fell flat was the customer service. We visited around 5 PM on a Friday and there was only one person working. Not only were we not greeted when we walked in, but we stood at the counter for several minutes without even being acknowledged. I even saw another customer politely thank the staff member after asking for a napkin, and he didn't so much as look up in response. It left the whole experience feeling impersonal. If the service matched the quality of the food, this would've easily been a four-star visit. With just a bit more effort in the hospitality department, Zenwich could really shine.

Before dropping us off at the airport, my wife's aunt treated us (my wife, her mom, and me) to lunch. I got to choose the place, and the experience ended up being really great. Even though it looks like you are supposed to stand in line to order and pay, the restaurant also supports a typical dine-in experience. It's an open kitchen, with seating on the side. Once we were seated, we were given menus and a tablet to place our order, but our server stayed around to explain that she would be back to help us place the order. She was the only front of house working, and she was friendly and efficient, constantly going back and forth to service to-go order taking and dine-in. The one page menu has two parts: a Chinese part and a Japanese part, and had items that we call could eat. Once we placed our order, the items came out in the following order, after being made to order. Karaage ($6.95) - five pieces of all white meat chicken, freshly deep fried. Everyone liked it, though I wish the coating was crispier. Tonkotsu Ramen ($15.95) - My wife's aunt and I got this. We both agreed the broth should have been served a lot hotter, but it was flavorful. I was especially impressed with the Chashu pork, two thin but generous pieces, nicely crisped first before serving. Edamame ($6.50) - my wife's go-to when at a Japanese restaurant. Chicken Shoyu Ramen ($15.95) - Got one for my wife's mom, and then ordered another for carry-out. One has the choice of thick noodles (classic ramen), or thin, or rice noodles. Pork and Crab Meat Xiao Long Bao ($13.99 for 12 pieces) - one can ask for it prepared steamed or pan-fried. It's great value since it is machine made and guessing prepared from frozen. It's more meat than broth in the filling, and the taste and mouthfeel was OK. But I was impressed that it was offered here at all. Would get it pan fried next time. Scallion Pancakes ($6.50) - served last, this was outstanding. Very thin and crispy. Just wish it had been served first so we could all enjoy...most of us were full by the time it came out. We paid at the end through our server. My wife's aunt really liked the 'Chicago Dumpling' t-shirt that our server was wearing, and wanted one for herself. Our server did mention that they do sell it for $30, but were out of them at the moment. We were given take-home containers to self-pack, and was warmly thanked by everyone before we left. Good value food in a comfortable setting with excellent service: that's what I will remember about Chicago Dumpling.
