I had taken my vehicle to over six body shops in the area to request an inspection and quote for repairs. Out of all six shops, CARSTAR Lake Forest had the most affordable pricing- even for OEM parts and labor. Compared to other shops in the area, they also had the fastest turnaround time, which was important to me since I didn't have insurance to cover a rental. The process was really simple. I went in, someone assessed my vehicle and provided a printed quote. Since I was going through with insurance, once the claim was filed and the quote was submitted, I scheduled a time to drop off my vehicle. The turnaround was about a week, whereas other shops were saying it'd be roughly two weeks. They were able to continually keep me in the loop regarding repairs via text and calls, so I was really appreciative of the communication. The cherry on top would be the day of pickup. CARSTAR was kind enough to provide a complimentary car washing service, which included the interior as well! This auto body shop definitely goes above and beyond for their customers. I was extremely happy and content with their level of professionalism, workmanship, and customer service. Having a shop that was able to contact me via text (since I am very busy) was a plus!

He told me to just grab some touch-up paint, bring it back, and he would take care of it for free. I recently hit a loose car tire on the freeway which left some damage on my front bumper. The PPF came in clutch and protected most of my original car paint. Unfortunately, the impact did penetrate through some parts of the PPF and left residual scratch marks, however had I not had the PPF the damage would have been much worse and cost a lot more to fix.
