After only 5 years a wall was buckling and that area of the floor was sinking. They quickly diagnosed that this was due to insufficient drainage. The recommendation was to rebuild the wall, add drainage and level the flooring. Other contractors wanted to basically rebuild the entire patio which would have been overkill. They right sized my project and priced their work fairly. My kitchen overlooks the area they were working. So throughout the day I could see their diligence and attention to detail. It was quite a task, especially the removal of the original adhesive but the were total pros. I was apprehensive as to how using what was there would work out but it turned out as good as new and I could not be happier! I can already see being a repeat customer!

The work itself was fine albeit about 2-3 weeks later than promised. . However, the crew first failed to trim more than half of the bushes agreed to be trimmed. They came back and still needed multiple redirections and reminders to complete the trimming fully. The final issue involved putting preen and mulch over existing weeds. Preen does not kill existing weeds only prevents others from growing. I was promised by Marco that if they are an issue then he would come back and spray them. Ok. He says he's coming....he never comes. This is a skeleton crew and unless you are a large job, don't expect great things even when you are reassured multiple times. Empty promises.
