I can't say enough good things about Paul and his crew. From the very start, when Paul came by for the estimate: he was ON TIME for the appointment, thoroughly discussed all the options, and addressed any questions and concerns I had. Paul was respectful, and from the very beginning exuded trustworthiness. He kept me informed through the entire process via texts, answered texts in a timely manner. His team arrived on time, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency throughout the entire process. When they removed the old roofing, Paul showed me the condition of the roof itself. Several areas with huge gaps between the boards (which explained the falling shingles and attic leaks - prior roofing company had apparently ignored this and just hammered shingles into gaps), and, for a very reasonable extra cost, put plywood boards on the entire roof. I'm secure and bone dry now. Not only was the craftsmanship top-notch, but the crew also maintained a clean and safe worksite and protected my emerging garden plants.
