I emailed Tommy and he took the time to answer all my questions patiently (which were plentiful as we had just adopted our 15 month old dog two months prior). The assessment process was explained in detail and hearing how he manages the assessment day and introduction to the rest of the dogs made me feel confident when we dropped him off for the first time. Arthur is very sweet, but we needed to work on his manners, mostly learning how to approach other dogs and read their social cues. We started working with a trainer and knew we wanted to find a daycare that would reinforce the positive behaviors we were working on. With training at home and now daycare at Diggity , Arthur is so much more socially confident and well behaved at home. I know when Arthur is at daycare he is being well taken care of. We get a verbal report of the day at pick up, which shows just how much attention is paid to each dog. Tommy has a solid knowledge of dogs and can read the behaviors. We boarded overnight recently and had complete peace of mind. Arthur is tail wagging as soon as we walk through the door at drop off in the morning and daily pictures are so fun to see, also! I highly recommend Diggity Doggy to anyone looking for quality daycare and boarding.

The original owner sold the business, and then it was sold again and then a third and possibly a forth time. ALL of these owners have honored any previous purchased packages. The current owner will not honor previous purchases packages. She says they are different companies. This may be true, but it is certainly not in the spirit of goodwill. BEWARE of the new owner and look around for a more friendly dog day care. It is not the loss of the money which bother me, but the owner's attitude. Her complete disregard for my situation. Not even to consider some comprise. I can not be the only one who purchased day car & overnight packages. Thanks for allowing me to speak.

This time, I asked for one night and a bath/cut, quoted at $325 and charged $576. My directions were to cut the dogs as short as the groomer was comfortable with, knowing that my Australian Shepherds are double coat dogs and every groomer I've taken them too refuses to go any shorter than 2". They shaved my dogs down to the skin, and then sent a picture asking if they took off enough....as if I'm able to say "please put some back on". They fought with me every step of the way and lie about their service and pricing. I'd be amazed if they were actually licensed to groom dogs. They are rude, insulting, and refuse to apologize for any of their absurd actions. For the safety of all pets in the area, they should close shop and find something new to do. 1 star because I can't put 0.

She expressed understanding. I owed her payment for services and asked how I could get it to her more than once during that time frame and she failed to reply. I emailed her several days before I was in need of a re-start of her services and she did not reply. I figured it was just understood she would resume. Imagine my surprise/dismay to come home after 13 hours away to see she had not come over. She did not reply to my text, email, or phone call. Ever. I did finally mail her the check for services rendered. I even sent her the holiday bonus I had intended to give her - despite this disappearing act. The check was cashed, but she did not even have the decency to reply in any way, shape, or form.
