Half the squash was gone by the time I started on the beans. The beans were just as scrumptious. The brisket was okay. A significant amount was dry; not too dry to fetch the barbecue sauce. The jalapeño corn bread provided more flavor than heat. Finally, the banana pudding was also okay. There were enough sliced bananas to cover the bottom of the cup. If it meant smaller sized wafers, I would have preferred more pieces. Fortunately, the pudding itself had a strong banana flavor.

The interior of the dinner roll was slightly warm, so it may have sat on the serving tray for a while. As with other barbecue spots, they offered free soft serve (vanilla).
