Take advice from a customer that's been coming for 4 years and won't ever return again. Prices went up and service went down. They make their own prices (hand written on their pamphlets) if your prices have gone up you should have the funds to order new pricing sheets. Where is the money going if it's not going to new nail bits per nail tech all the nail bits are old and they use old tools. I should be getting a new one every time for the price I'm paying. Nail bits aren't that expensive. On top of that you have to remind them of the next step in your service because they want to half ass your service. At this point support stand alone nail techs and stop going to these "chains". read more

Just finished a pedicure there. Went with a more expensive pedicure with paraffin wax. The massage was super short is The lady doing it, put my feet in paraffin and left to paint another client. They appeared rushed and understaffed. Then when painting my toes, she smudged my big toe nail. Instead of redoing it, she attempted to fix it. read more

If I could leave Zero stars, I 100% would. The worst experience honestly in a while for my husband and myself.. My husband and I just left here after have 2 pedicures that were honestly a waste of time. He had Lee doing his pedicure and the whole time all she cared about was gossiping with the lady doing my pedicure. She half assed the whole pedicure and only focused on the right side so she could lean over to listen/talk. She cut his big toe nail and then did nothing with it.. After the pedicures my husband of course was unhappy with the service, asked to speak to the owner, Anne. She came over and all they did was speak in their native language didn't listen to anything we said and then offered a $5 discount and walked away. The receptionist told us not to leave a bad review and it's not Anne's fault. Mmm it is, it's her employee and her business. Just horrible service, horrible business ... definitely bummed since we have been coming her for a while...Onto the next salon. I've also added pictures of my toes , my right big toe nail had a small break on the outer side but was not noticeable , she cut the nail when it didn't need to be and then now this is how it looks. read more

This is my third time here. The first was the best. Today was mediocre... I'm not sure that I will be back. Currently looking for a new place. I got the basic pedi with sugar scrub. The guy who did my pedi was not very good at all. Scrubbed my heel with pumice stone for about 2 minutes per foot. Nowhere else. When it came time for sugar, I felt my skin was going to come off of my legs! No scrubbing or rubbing of the feet at all. For $32 I expected a bit more massaging. No hot towels after lotion. The polish job looks like a child did it. Oh and my nails are not trimmed evenly nor are they smooth. Guess I will have to finish this pedi myself at home. read more

Wrong color didnt match 'dnd 613 cinnamon whip'. Wasn't a clean job and didn't fill my nails completely. I even matched the color after the nail tech finished and they said it wasn't their fault the color i chose didn't match the color they painted my nails. Not once did they offer to fix it or come back another day for a discount repaint. The color did not match my skin tone so i will have to get them repainted at another salon. The cost was $50 and it was in my opinion too much for such a poor job and not the color i wanted. read more

Service is great. Workers are amazing. Prices are reasonable. I would give it a 10. I've been coming here for years. Told several friends to check it out. They love it. I drive 40 min to get my nails done here. Weekends are busy, but when you wait, they do apologize and offer water. But what place isn't busy on the weekends? First pedicure after the long pandemic. Chose one of the expensive ones as it's also my birthday today. I picked one that had a longer massage included. I didn't get that- she put no pressure so it felt like someone dragging their fingers over my legs and feet. The kind of feeling that leaves you frustrated that you spent so much .. Lack lack lack of color variations. I should've taken a photo of the tiny rack of colors and the fact that most of them were more than half empty. She didn't put any protective coat on my toes when she was done, nor any oil to moisturize my feet. So I came home with dry looking toes... The massage chair controllers were all worn out. I have given this nail salon ~10 chances. I feel like this is a fair review over those 10 experiences. They have hard working employees, appearance of the salon is nice and clean, always seat you without much wait, and price is definitely cheaper than some! However, you get what you pay for. All my manicures and pedicures have been somewhat rushed, sloppy polish, and not very relaxing overall. I also don't think they have a very good polish selection personally. Every time I've gotten a color here, it's completely different than what has been reflected on the swatch. A true mid-grade salon. read more

The owner is very rude. I went in to get a pedicure for me and my mom for her birthday and did not leave satisfied. 1. I wasn't even aware I was being charged extra for French tip I would've just gotten a regular pedicure & the owner stated "you should have read the sign" (the workers hand you the list where you don't even see the warning signs and then you feel rushed cause they're just waiting and staring at you) 2. My mom wanted SMALL rhinestones on her big toes and was charged $15 for them & they weren't even small! Then had my mom waiting forever to get someone to start on her nails, while they were sitting and starting peoples nails who JUST came in. My mom didn't even end up getting her nails done! This place over charges you for poor service. The lady who did my pedicure acted like she didn't even want to do them she was very LAZY I asked her about getting acrylic on my big toes and she kept trying to convince me not to get them and then I asked about rhinestones on my feet as well and the same thing. So I'm not one to complain during nail service. I know the nails won't exact to the picture. I showed them a picture of some nails and two nails had a star on them painted on. The original person doing my nails switched with someone else because they didn't feel comfortable. Which I understand and respect but the owner came to do the stars. She came in rushed the stars and when I told her I didn't like them she gave me attitude. Told me I should've told her when she was doing them. I then told her well I am now. She then repeatedly gave me attitude talked crap to other nail techs. I even told her if she gives me a design she's able to do to tell me. I'm very open and flexible to changes. She did grab another nail tech and was able to redo them. She took her time which I appreciated and once again I let her know to tell me if she's not able to do the design. She checked in with me and made sure I was satisfied. Overall the owner made me feel stupid I'm glad I was able to speak up otherwise someone else that's shy would go home regretting the nails. I am EXTREMELY picky with my nail shape and how thin I like the dip powder to be applied on and Bella knows exactly how I like it every time I go to her! Today I came to her and was a little worried about changing my shape to an almond shape and she did GREAT!! Exactly how I wanted it!! I also get my toes done there too and Tram(Lilly) is the one who does it and she GREAT also! I have in grown nails in my toes and she's the only one who knows how to get them out without loosing the shape of my toe nail!! They were super rough on my feet and made my toes bleed multiple times and just kept wiping it away. Now my toe is incredibly infected and swollen. Such an amazing experience at this spa. I rarely write reviews but the professionalism and attentiveness had to be mentioned. True Touch Nail & Spa is a must visit luxurious spa in the Goodyear Area. We were blown away by the experience & service as the staff greeted and treated us like family from the beginning to very end of our service. Really easy parking too which is a huge plus for me. Not to mention we had such an amazing service we ended up booking our next appointment in advance before we had left! I was truly disappointed with my service. I went here because they had 4.0 stars. However, I felt like my toes and nails looked sloppy. Even my bf was like oh yeah they could have done better before I could complain. Both lady's seemed to be in a rush. The lady doing my nails was in such a rushed she legit missed my left thumb when painting my left hand. My middle finger on the right isn't fully painted. Not sure why if they were just chilling on their phones right after. And they also pressured me to tip. I understand that you should always tip them to show gratitude for the service. But you also shouldn't bug your customers for a tip. I would not drive back to get anything re done or done again in the future. I just truly don't believe it's worth the money, time, or gas. Best pedicure I've had in a veryyyy long time! The place is clean and relaxing. Massage was phenomenal. But it's the details for me! Asking before just cutting my nails (they take forever to grow and I hate when people cut them without asking), asking if the "cheese grader" was okay or if I just wanted the pumice stone, checking temperatures throughout. The website sucks doesn't list what kind of service they have plus I don't have Facebook to message them anyways. The woman was sweet but she didn't really get my feet done correctly. I don't know. The massage spa is a bit pricey but it was okay. Plus they advertised sort of thing on there tv screen that they don't do so be aware of that. I understand sort of things you have to make an appointment so I waited next week and call to make an appointment to get a "perm" lashes done but the woman in the phone just simply said sorry we don't do that here and hung up. This place used to be so great but the quality and the customer service is declining, I'm assuming with more business coming. It seems the busier, they've become the more rude and up charge based on who you're working with. I used to go with the same lady for months and she would tell me everyone there is envious and how they get paid more for a pedicure + manicure rather than just one, so if they only give you one service it'll most likely be rushed and bad quality. I decided to switch ladies for this specific reason. I got one service, and she was rude and my nails chipped the next day. I would get the same service every two weeks, same price. Until the 3rd lady I worked with told me my powder set doesn't come with trimming cuticles and that would be an extra 15, so I'm spending 45 for literally just the powder. When I would always spend 90 total for the gel pedicure and powder set INCLUDING a manicure. The whole salon kind of just has a hostile environment. Again used to be great but just a lot more riff raff coming so they gave up. read more
