Started off with going to see Maya for eyebrow threading every two weeks for a few months. Loved how fast and painless the service is. She really puts in effort to ensure the eyebrows are even. Fast forward to a year later, I started to go to her for facials. I have oily sensitive skin with occasional acne. I would float between getting the red carpet facial, which has no down time; or get dermaplaned with a couple of days down time. I usually plan a facial with her before a big event and she has never failed me. She makes the whole space so relaxing and comfortable that I would fall asleep during the facials. Just started getting sugared by her and I like how fast and easy these appointments are. It is really nice to have two of my services in one appointment to make things easier on both of our schedules. It is super easy to book her services online in advance. I've been going to this place for about 2 years now. I mostly see Kopila but have also received services from Maya and both are fantastic! Kopila has been taking care of my eyebrows for years now. She is thorough and gives very nice mini brow massage after eyebrow threading. One day I got tired of shaving my underarms and decided to try their waxing services as well. I had a very comfortable and pain free session with Kopila and has kept coming back ever since. I stopped shaving cause the hair has started to grow thinner too and just wait until I can see Kopila. I want to start off by saying I've had the worst luck when it comes to eyebrows. I've never had consistency with having one person do my eyebrows because they were made too thin or weird shape. I had the most amazing experience today and I will definitely be a regular! First of all, Kopila is the sweetest person ever. She gives off such a positive vibe and makes you feel so comfortable. I felt like I was talking to a friend because she is so friendly and really cares about her customers. My cousin had recommended I come with her to her appointment and get my brows done since she's known Kopila for years. Kopila was super gentle when threading and took into account I was super sensitive. It truly was the best threading experience! I've bled before from other brow places because they rush too quickly. Kopila took her time to ensure I was entirely satisfied with the shape, which I definitely was! She also tinted them and that elevated my brows to the next level. I would also love to mention her station is absolutely clean and she plays such relaxing music. I feel at ease knowing I can come to Kopila, especially with my upcoming wedding. I did an eyebrow threading and tint with Maya, my first time here. The tinting made my eyebrows look very uneven, and I know because my husband immediately said, your eyebrows are uneven and would keep making this face at me: I told her it was uneven once I saw it and she pretended she didn't know what I was talking about, but did try to fix it with tint remover and told me I could wash my face if I wanted it to fade faster. They also charge an extra $10 if it's your first time threading with them. read more

My first time here I went to Kopila because of the yelp reviews. I have thin brows and scared to get it shaped because I was afraid it was going to be over plucked. I still wanted my eye brows to take time to grow up but still I wanted get it tinted to look fuller. I changed my tinted to henna and she was extremely helpful and didn't mind changing it. She shaped it and made it look a lot better than it was before. I didn't try the ombre effect until my second session there to make it look softer. I would suggest if you would like it to look a particular way always address it because they will do their best to fit your needs. Oh my god. I got THE BEST threading and tint of my life today at Maya. I have very sparse, light colored, and generally shapeless eyebrows. I don't dare touch them myself for fear 1 or 2 hairs will change the entire shape. I am so particular about my eyebrows that I have never really been loyal to a particular esthetician because I haven't found one I liked.
