I am so thankful for Dr. Thiry and his incredible staff. It is because of their help that I am finally finding the self-confidence I've been lacking for years now and the ability to be active with my family again. Since my teens, I've struggled with my weight. I've had success with well-known diet programs throughout the last 25 years, but as I got closer to my 40s what once worked no longer seemed to make a difference. In August 2022 I decided I needed to make a change and made an appointment with Dr. Thiry. He did several tests (blood/EKG) prior to determining the best treatment for me. Awful experience. Workers lost my paperwork, so I had to fill out paperwork again. Then they kept me waiting for over 20 minutes, when I had an appointment and I was told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I made an appointment at 9:00, so that I would be the first one, but of course they called someone else before me and I was expected to wait 40 minutes for my appointment. Of course, I left. This place is nothing but a scam. I went to this clinic as a new patient two weeks ago for my initial consultation. I decided to go with the prescription appetite suppressant, Phentermine, which required additional tests for extra cost. I ended up paying $137 ($45 for the visit, $57 for the blood work, and $35 for an EKG), and they told me they would call in my prescription to the pharmacy I requested. Two weeks and several unanswered phone calls/emails later, I still don't have that prescription. Don't trust this place! They just want your money. read more

Even though it's recommended by the doctor, the diet is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. Be prepared to be absolutely sedatary the entire time you are on the diet. You do not have enough energy to do anything. I went to another doctor for what I though was an unrelated issue while being on said diet. My body didn't even have enough energy to fight off an infection. You will definitely lose weight on this diet as would anyone who restricts themselves to 500 calories. This doctor sells it like it's the miracle struggling overweight people are looking for. Now a year later I am heavier than when I started because it totally screwed up my metabolism. And I do not eat to excess. I have always ate healthy. I do not indulge in high fat or high sugar foods. You actually get excited that you are losing weight literally lbs by the day. But unless you can live your life only eating 500 calories and basically become anorexic do not do this! This place is a rip off - stay away. Their main objective is not to help you lose weight, but upsell to purchase "packages" upwards to $1000. If you say you're not going to purchase the package, then they "preset" their BMI machine to say you're not at level to prescribe appetite suppressants. It's funny that even though I've put on 8 lbs, increased 2 inches in hips, etc. my BMI was just .5 under the requirement for suppressant. read more

Meh....I went to this clinic in early 2012 and it was so much better. Since then, it's become overpriced, slightly obnoxious and just seems like someone found something that the public needed and started milking it. I used to have a low key experience, come in, get my time with the staff, actually talk to them and not be pressured to buy $200.00+ packages. It was honest, stick to your needs and know we are here to help. Since then they've redone the interior which looks nice but just keep adding on with botox and injections and products and this and that and you can't buy one thing without having to buy the other. Peggy is wonderful! I always ask to see her as she gives me time, and is a great practitioner. Other than that the marketing just seems like a car salesman approach and since then I've received much better care with no pressure and no binder full of 800+ products that I need to include in my package to lose weight. The HCG pricing is much more expensive than it used to be as well. I get their emails and their marketing is all over the place, I can't make sense of what they are going for and find it a bit annoying. Peggy knows what she is doing and does it very well. Ask to see Peggy. Also Priscilla at the front desk is nice, but very transactional. I liked the simple true weight loss without all of the buying pressure for products. read more
