I have even changed ratings from 3 stars to 5 stars because the owners kept their pride in check and stood behind their guarantee of 100% customer satisfaction. I got her the information initially, and then a day after they finalized the initial estimate came back with 1 tweak, which they were more than happy to adjust their estimate to accommodate. Not once did I feel like the process was a burden. Saint's estimate was very competitive; however, we received a similar estimate from a contractor we had used previously for a lot of work and were familiar with their work product. Because of my positive experience with Saint for this estimate, I'll be saving them to reach out to for future projects. This was one of the most professional estimate process I've been through for a contractor project. I would recommend Saint Construction based on the extremely professional estimate process. They were prompt to respond to my request for quote, detailed in their quote and responsive to all of my questions. When the work began, I noticed right away that they were very detail oriented, and hard working. And they conscientiously cleaned up at the end of each day. I had a family emergency mid-way through construction and they were so patient as we had to do some collaboration virtually and get creative with access to the property. The onsite team gave me very good advice on several things to adjust, small changes to the plan that overall really made a difference -- these weren't "upselling" which sometimes occurs, but just them giving advice based on their experience. Everything turned out beautifully. There were multiple specialists in the house from the team that did the luxury vinyl tile, to the hardwood floor installers, to the stair refinishing team, the painter and stainer, electrician, plumber, and helpers. They were all very respectful of our house and cleaned up each day before they left. They covered everything for protection and what I thought was going to be a really messy job turned out to not be bad at all. The job took over three weeks and the Owner Daoud came every day, sometimes twice a day to make sure everything was going well. And, can't forget to mention Maisa in the office who worked with us on the contract and flooring selection and was extremely helpful. The outside deck needed to be redone, the fence needed to be cleaned and painted, cracks on the bricks had to be mended and the whole front repainted.
