I ordered a shipping container. They advertise the container as water tight. The unit they shipped me was damaged and I cannot close the door. Not water tight and totally unusable for storage. If you use these guys be very careful and inspect it before you allow it to be unloaded. They offered no compensation and not trade. Very dissatisfied. My container was delivered a date late, but I was not notified of this change until my delivery window had already passed. Once it arrived, I required the container to be moved onto my property and Conexwest would not honor the price written in my contract. They instead charged me a higher fee because rates had gone up. It apparently did not matter what was written and signed in my contract. It also took over 2 weeks and multiple follow ups on my behalf before I could even get this move scheduled. Customer service is impossible -- I spent 45 minutes calling and leaving voicemails at every extension during business hours without response. My only allowed communication is over email to my customer service agent. I am concerned what pickup will look like when I am finished with the container rental. read more

Customer Service is pretty friendly but if they seem like they are stressed it is not because of you. Upon calling to ask why I was charged an additional $275.00. They told me I had caused the damage-without even telling me. I called to question it and to send me pictures. But pay your $865 and make a trip across state lines to be there during the ONE WEEK DELIVERY WINDOW.... and it takes multiple emails to get them to respond... Started off fine, but after a series of "misquotes," weeks of "let me get you a quote" on something I didn't want, I was passed off to some guy who refused to give a name. Then I got a suspicious phone call within minutes of being hung up on by a guy on speakerphone who was totally sketchy about the reason he was calling me. Is this even a legit business? We ordered a container on may 1. Two weeks later still heard nothing back from them so we called on may 22nd to cancel the order so we spoke to Brock and got everything canceled and he said we would get our refund in about a week. It is now July and we have been calling them for the past 2 weeks all over again to try to get our refund and they tell us it's processing and "just 3 more days" so needless to say they are horrible in customer service and we have them another card to use because we had to close our shop down which then means close the bank acct. So they wouldn't help at all. Now with all that said we had ordered an office container in the middle of March and it WAS delivered. we had to move shop locations at the beginning of may so i called come west to move the container and they proceeded to tell me that they are "in California so only California services" (I was resided in Texas at the time). So we transported ourselves to our new location where we rented. We have been calling and calling and calling to get this container picked up as we had to have all of our stuff out of the shop by 1st of July and now we have to pay another months rent in Texas when we live in florida now Because a bunch of monkeys can't seem to figure out how to refund a simple credit card and pick up a little 20ft container read more

Worst customer service ever. After weeks of back and forth emails they promised container would come this morning. Been sitting in a parking lot for hours waiting and still no container. I'll update this if and when they show up. They did finally arrive -- albeit hours late. The unit was loaded on the truck backwards so the door wood have faces the building making it impossible to use. Tried to have a 10' storage container delivered to my property. I spoke with a sales rep, Brock. We discussed concerns regarding delivery including my narrow driveway and chance of cars being parked on the street. He stated he was viewing my property on google maps and thought it would be viable and if delivery wasn't possible it shouldn't be hard to request a full refund. The delivery driver showed up and was very professional. Unfortunately the telephone line? Was too low for the truck to enter, by his visual estimate. He took a photo to submit in support of the delivery cancellation. I had to follow-up after receding no active response from the company. I'll assume I would have gotten no money back if I didn't request it via email. Then via email, Iris tells me they're withholding the delivery fee, which is over $100 dollars because "the power line was not disclosed". Why would I think to "disclose" the presence of the power line when the sales rep is looking at my house on google maps during my telephone consultation? I inquire about this via email and I'm ignored. A partial refund is issued only. Poor form during COVID-19 times, and I'd hope a company would provide a structured questionnaire about any delivery concerns based on their expertise and not expect the customer to retain the expert knowledge. I hate to give anything less than 4 stars but customer service like this tells me it's the bottom line that matters most. read more

Beware! You get what you pay for, if you get it! I think there should be a "negative only" star rating! It actually makes you give them 1 star, no matter how you're treated. My credit card statement shows this is the company who took my money. Supposedly they sold my container to the guy who was going to modify and deliver it to me. It's been 5 months and exhaustive calls, texts and emails, I still don't have the container. You can't even believe the excuses why there was no delivery! I waited hours, when they did schedule a delivery, and they knew it wasn't coming, but made me wait anyway! They won't answer me anymore, now and neither will Conexwest. He went by Jason, of Best Box or JC Equipment Services. Watch out!! I gave Conexwest the opportunity to make this right, just deliver the darn thing, but they won't. I've had to get 2 storage units to hold all the things that were going in the container, because I had a deadline and they never delivered. I gave them 3 months, before they stopped answering. That's $300 a month I can't afford, and I have to continue to pay, while trying to get my money back! Thankfully I paid with a credit card, so I'll EVENTUALLY get my money back, but now I'll be paying a ton more, because availability is worse and the price of metal has gone up. Plus the process the credit card company uses, takes time I don't have. Go elsewhere! You'll be lucky if you get a container or your money back. read more

In early July I paid a 50% deposit on a modified $7000 container to be delivered on Monday 2nd of Aug. The Friday before delivery, without any notice, they asked for the remainder of the payment. I responded saying I'd pay the remainder on delivery after inspection. I stopped hearing from them. Thursday night I had to email the CEO to have the sales rep deal with the situation. I was still interested in the product. No response until I had to chase him down on my own accord and he simply said there's a shortage of the box he promised me three weeks ago. This would have been fine if they ever took the time to tell me or had the audacity to ask me for the remaining payment for items they did not have. Then the GM called me in the afternoon telling me again there's a shortage of the size I asked for but he could get me one in 3 business days. I guess the shortage ended mid-conversation. Total BS.
