Third Coast came out to me after a very unexpected surprise arrived in a box belonging to my A/C man. Long story short, this A/C repairman brought a box in that was DRIPPING with German roaches and tossed it into my A/C closet. To make matters worse, he acted like it was no big deal, happens all the time! I had killed 10-15 tiny roaches, crawling from my A/C closet, after this man left (mind you, I haven't seen a roach in years, and never Germans). Mortified, and knowing I had days to act before they multiplied, I immediately reached out to local home services, via Yelp. The owner, Chris, was very prompt in providing pricing and appointment availability. Since this was late on a Saturday, Terry was able to meet me Monday afternoon. He was very friendly and patient with me since I've been doing spring cleaning. He helped by working around the boxes and furniture and general working mess. He explained the chemicals in a very clear and concise way, he advised me on safety precautions and gave a tentative time frame of when I would need follow up treatment in future.
