These guys are usually really good however today the ten dollars off for my birthday email that they wouldn't honor is what ruined today's experience. Also I asked the new girl to use my credits she forgot to add to the total as well as the 10 dollars off they wanted me to come back in 30 mins because I met my allotment. The supervisor helping the new girl seemed new too and for ten dollars and not honoring a 3/10/25 email couple for your birthday says to show someone at the checkout. This is really bad business and why send out a birthday email your not gonna honor and why change it mid expiration you just sent out the email. Terrible point system. You get an email that you have a balance to use, go in and there's no balance. Can't order online because your team can't figure out why my account is tied to my ex-boyfriend. The deals are good, but that's about it. The staff is not very knowledgeable. They have these lines to separate buyers that nobody, including the staff follows. I sat on my phone for 3 minutes while he stared at me struggling to pull up their menu online. ended up walking out because I had 0 direction on what was available. hi, mmj patient here... so elijah my budtender was not only rude and unhelpful, but also was very condescending when asking about daily deals and flower specials on the menu. i inquired about two different half oz specials to which i was told were no longer available but still were listed on the daily specials menu. then proceeded to bring out a full oz which i was not inquiring about, making me feel like he did not care to help just waiting for a transaction to be made (which literally defeats your purpose as a budtender). as a former dispo employee i would like to see better staff training as to not offer customers deals that are no longer available and to utilize empathetic customer service skills in regards to mmj patient care. thx :) read more

These guys have turned into Harvest which is the worst dispensary in Arizona. No customer service. No knowledge of product. Bait and switch to sell higher priced products. 10 out of 10 times if my wife goes in whatever she ordered is "out" then when she complains, somehow, they MAGICALLY find it. Then they NEVER offer us to use our points. Yesterday when I did ask to use my points the guy was like "you sure you don't wanna buy anything else" like wtf bro?? I pre ordered I know exactly what I came here for they just make commission now cuz it seems every bud tender is just trying to push the highest ticket. This company is literally a cash grab with no care to the customer/patient. Finally.... Over the years I used to enjoy this place so much that I have VIP status. I'll tell you now that literally means nothing. I stood in that VIP line and watched 2 pre orders AND 2 walk ins get called up before I got served. So what's VIP for? So Curaleaf knows I spend a lot of money right? Seems to be about it because they don't treat VIPs like VIPS. This dispensary must allow for use of their product while working. Because they move so slow they must all be stoned out of their minds. I have been here twice and the wait time has gotten longer and longer each time for no valid reason. It should not take 5 minutes or longer for every single customer. And there's no reason your prices should be equal to or higher than California. Arizona simply did not see the same inflation. Unfortunately it's one of the few dispensaries that doesn't feel like you're going to an illegal drug sale so guess we will keep coming here? Just be sure to clear your schedule ahead of time. read more

This is now my second cart that i get from them that is either not a full gram or it taste burnt asf !! i've only taken about 7 hits since yesterday when i bought it. Last night before i went to bed it tasted super burnt. i put my battery to charge thinking that's why it taste burnt bc my battery is dying. Woke up this morning and tried to take another hit & it taste burnt after still!!! like what is going on ‍ i don't even feel the high neither when i hit it. just taste like i'm fucking murdering my lungs with this. i don't think i'll be going to curaleaf anymore, that seem to disappoint now. read more

They claim you get a 20% discount if you follow them on Instagram. They only gave a 20% discount on a $2 lighter instead of the weed product. These people are super stingy and the place is disgusting and old looking. Definitely won't be coming back again and definitely unfollowing on their stupid Instagram page. read more

Even when it's busy, they do a good job of getting customers through without sacrificing good customer service. Rico was especially kind, efficient, and knowledgeable.
