Love Sol's Uncle X halves. Imo, damn near unbeatable value. Came into here to examine their halves (see which are fresh, take a peek) a few days ago. Went to the counter and mentioned Uncle X and the budtender launched into a damn near five minute monologue about their 2 for 60 deal (which i did not ask nor care about and already know about, honestly I just felt interrupted) Once she was finished I kindly asked about which of the halves are freshest at the moment. She told me "uhhh.. sorry. I'd have to pull it up but are you looking for indica or sativa?" (The distinction is nearly nonexistent today, mostly based off of terpene profiles). I mentioned one of the particular strains I was looking at and she told me since it was Most Wanted it couldn't be part of the deal (again, IDC!) she left with no time to finish my train of thought and brought me up one half of it almost like she expected me to buy and leave. Now I'm not one to complain about service, because I have a lot of experience in a restaurant myself, but I should not feel like I know more about what I'm buying than the person selling it to me. The budtender is hardly the issue here. It's her boss and the training. No dispensary should prioritize turnover like a restaurant. It makes me feel like a number rather than a customer. First time customer here today and probably the last. Upon entering neither budtender I spoke to was friendly or welcoming which was off putting. I put in a online order and thought I was getting a new customer BOGO deal which I mentioned twice while there. To my surprise he charged me full price. Also my online order wasn't ready yet and the budtender already knew I was using a BOGO so why couldn't they explain this beforehand so I could've picked something else out. Been coming here for a long time. Lately, they seem to be having a hard time keeping their online orders straight and when you come to get your items they're never ready. Despite being told to come because they are. Last night whoever they had at the online counter was so rude. He kept staring at me, didn't say he was ready so I was waiting as it looked like he was wrapping up his last transaction, until he got a tude and pointed at me. Of course my order wasn't ready, and little man decided to take it out on me. Maybe their staff needs more smoke breaks? Honestly this store is a joke and you're better off going to a different store. The staff has to remake our order every single time we go, no exceptions. How can you always somehow not find our online order? We went to the store tonight and were told we couldn't go get our online order because they were at capacity. The staff who talked to us was rude and not at all professional. We have no other way to get our order now because we can't get there tomorrow. You shouldn't allow for online orders if you're that busy or should've alerted us in the app. A simple message could have fixed this and now we never want to go here again. On 12/10/25 I selected these 3 pack minis as advertised on their website. when I arrived i received only a single 1.5. I reached out to the manager to explain my experience with the advertising on the website and instead of offering any sort of apology or explanation she made me feel like I was in the wrong, insinuating that I should know it was singles. This also happened during their thanksgiving BOGO with the Xxx brand that listed incorrect strains when please check your items before leaving the store as this has happened to me 3xs now. Tragic that they ditched the recycling program for used marijuana bags and containers. I loved that this franchise had interest in recycling especially in an industry that uses one-time use plastics consistently. Rewards program was amazing prior to Jan 2025. I come to this location every week and nobody ever communicated to me as a customer that their rewards program would be discontinued starting Jan 2025. I hadn't even received an email with this information either. Incredibly disappointing as I had racked up quite a lot of rewards to redeem and I was told none of those points would be transferring over due to the inconvenience. I visited late December and the Manager, Blanca, could not extend any courtesy to accommodate me for the lack of communication and loss of rewards. She essentially told me I was sh*t out of luck and she could pass my info along to the District Manager. She took down all of my information on my ID and I was never contacted about the issue to this day!! I came here because I wanted a particular product. In fact, I tried to order it online and they wanted me to upload a copy of my card. That's a hard thing to do when you're on a laptop computer and it doesn't seem reasonable. I am already registered with other locations of this dispensary so why duplicate the process? When you get here, you will find the most confused process ever. I had to check in with four different people before I could leave with my order: security, registration, ordering and paying. All different folks. The place in the store where you look at the product,, order the product, and pay for the product, is a small space that's very loud. There are clerks and customers and people waiting and everyone is talking. When you finish and they call your name to pay, it's actually hard to hear. It's very easy to place your order online, then get a text when its ready to pick up. I love that convenience. They are very fast here. The lines look scary but they work through it so fast. The only reason I kept coming back was they DID have an express lane where if you knew what you wanted you did not have to wait forever for someone to call your name....took forever.
