Starting the service was easy, canceling the service is incredibly difficult. I even tried using the start service approach in the hopes of getting some help, but regardless how I much I pleaded with them I was just dumped into the bottomless pit of a hold queue that is never answered. I found a local office and plan on visiting that office today to see if I can get cancel the service that way - will post a follow up later Like Keven P., I wish I had checked Yelp prior - Horrible Customer Service and Horrible Experience!!!!

We bought a water cooler and called again to see if they would deliver water for it. No, they said, it has to be their brand of water cooler. So we gave up on them and now we get our water from the various water dispensers around town. It's probably cheaper. What a pity they didn't want to help us.
