We moved as requested, but the way he spoke to us was unnecessarily rude and made the entire interaction feel awkward and uncomfortable. I then asked the barista if she could replace the coffee that had spilled, and I was surprised when she told me I would have to purchase another one. Considering I hadn't even taken a sip and the spill happened because the lid wasn't secure, I expected a little more understanding. Unfortunately, her response and demeanor were also quite rude. It was such an odd experience, especially over something that could have been resolved so easily with a little kindness and basic customer service. Good coffee, terrible service. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Instead of addressing my question, the person I spoke with seemed more concerned about asking, "How did you get this phone number?" That interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive. My second visit wasn't much better. My friend and I walked in, and the cashier didn't greet us or acknowledge that she'd be with us shortly. She was making another drink, looked over at us, then looked away, and we waited about five minutes without any acknowledgment. When the customer she was helping came up to pick up their drink, she took the time to have a brief conversation with them while we continued waiting to order. When she finally came over, there was no apology for the wait or even a simple "Hi, how are you?"--just, "What can I get you?" The coffee may be good, but customer service plays a big role in the overall experience. Based on my two visits, I think there's a lot of room for improvement in how customers are welcomed and treated. Unfortunately, these interactions have made me hesitant to return.

I actually got lucky that day because a previous customer had left a "pay it forward" in their menu; so one of my drinks was free! I made sure to pay it forward as well for the next person. I love that they encourage that kind of community vibe. Tip: They do have parking, but keep your eyes peeled because it's on a busy street and can be easy to miss. I highly recommend checking this place out. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

There's a beautiful wall length painting and decorations that make you want to relax, have a nice chat with whoever you brought with you and have their amazing tea. We got the taro bubble tea and I can truthfully say it was the best taro I'd ever had. I thought I didn't like taro until I tried theirs. It was silky and creamy with just the right amount of taro flavor, and the boba pearls were cooked to perfection. Lastly I can happily say the customer service was amazing! Everyone was so kind and inviting, offering to take pictures with us, telling us about themselves and even giving us food on them. I seriously love this boba place, like, it's my go-to spot. The fact that it's nearby just makes it even better. Their drinks always hit the perfect level of sweetness, not too much, not too little, just right. I'm obsessed with their Oreo chocolate milk tea with cheese foam and boba. It's so good, I could drink it every day, and honestly, I kind of do. I've already had about 30 drinks from there so far. The combo of the creamy cheese foam, rich chocolate, and chewy boba is just chef's kiss. That said, sometimes they do miss a little. Like, there've been a few times where they either forget to blend my drink when I ask or they don't put enough cheese foam , which is a bit of a letdown.
