I am a big fan of Chrome Coffee and have been for years now. Every drink is delicious, the baked goods are always fresh, and the team is always friendly and quick. I love going to this location when I visit the farmers market or am just swinging by downtown Brentwood. They build this location with the markets and events in mind; it's cool when you see the window area convert into a "order here" stand. Love the staff, the coffee, and vibes!

Solid coffee option in Brentwood downtown, especially on Saturdays with the Farmers Market. No seating. Quick service, well made coffee and you get to hang out at the Farmers Market with your coffee. What's to complain?

Great little coffee shop! I've driven by numerous times and have seen people lined up. Luckily when I went it was just a few people inside. I felt adventurous and tried the honey lavender latte. First sip was a little tricky with my taste buds but each sip was delicious. I got the honey flavor first then the lavender came. I also ordered ham and cheese croissant. Large croissant with great flavor! My only critique is the ends had the fillings but not the middle. The photo doesn't show full size. I tried a piece before remembering to take a photo

Found this coffee shop while I was in Brentwood exploring. First thing that hit me was how friendly they were. The two worker's energy made my visit 10000x worth it by itself! Their demeanor and smile just brightened up my day! I ordered the matcha with vanilla syrup and foam and their iced vanilla latte. The matcha was good, not super sweet which I like. The vanilla latte was good too. Smooth, not bitter. Overall the drinks were good enough for me to come back and try again. The vibe of the place was super clean and warm, and you can tell it's one of those spots that people genuinely enjoy coming back to. Definitely one of the better coffee shops I've tried in the area. I'd 100% come back next time I'm in Brentwood.

    Must try!

Great little coffee shop in downtown. They even have other drink options besides coffee and kid drinks. The chagaccino is really good and loved the poppyseed muffin. Small and cute inside. Good service, it's a perfect grab and go coffee shop.

Drinks are always delish. Customer service is always friendly and prompt. They take a bit longer to make your coffee, because it is legit fresh and it's worth the wait!

Small coffee shop in downtown Brentwood. Street parking. The strawberry and cream oatmilk matcha was good! My husband ordered banana bread latte and he enjoyed it as well. Our kids were with us and we got them their own kids lemonade. The lady asked us if they wanted regular, strawberry, or other syrup flavors. My kids ordered the regular lemonade and enjoyed it on the scorching hot day. I'd come back and try other things on the menu.

Beyond sweet staff! They were super patient with explaining their different drinks, and even flexible with adjusting the sweetness of my coffee! I got a regular vanilla latte, so there's not much I can say about the coffee itself. It did its job, I was able to wake up! The tiny store has some barstools for seating both inside and outside the shop. There isn't a whole lot of space to stand around in the shop, but I can see how grabbing and drink and chatting would be nice. * super cute that they have a small kids menu as well !

Best coffee in around! ‍ If you want a main character moment this is where you wanna be! My personal picks: Iced Lavender Mocha Hot Matcha Latte with organic raw honey

    Gingerbread Latte

I love the Antioch Chrome (it has the cutest courtyard and very sweet employees) so I was excited when they opened another location in Brentwood. On their seasonal menu this year they have a housemade gingerbread syrup! The flavor was mild, but what I appreciate about Chrome is their coffee is very smooth and not acidic, so while I wished there was a stronger gingerbread taste, the latte was still cozy. Retrospectively, I wish I had ordered it iced. I think the flavor would've come out more, plus it could've come with whip and the little gingerbread men sprinkles.

Five stars for quality & cuteness! The menu was simple & straightforward, a sign of a coffee stop that's truly about quality coffee rather than frilly drink combos. On top of this, the barista was excellent, cheerfully answering the questions my friends and I had about specific drinks. I opted for the Shakerato, which is shaken espresso with half & half, and it was a perfect amount of milky creaminess without compromising the base coffee flavor. Would return without a doubt to support this small business.

Love this place for a warm cup of specialty coffee on a cold Farmers Market morning. They have fun combos/names and all the milks/combos.

The first time, I was deciding between two drinks and asked the cashier which one she recommended. I went with her suggestion, but after trying it, I realized I really didn't like the taste. I politely asked if I could switch to a different drink, but was told no because of the store's policy. While I understand that policies exist, I later called the customer service number listed on their social media to confirm that this was indeed their policy. Instead of addressing my question, the person I spoke with seemed more concerned about asking, "How did you get this phone number?" That interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive. My second visit wasn't much better. My friend and I walked in, and the cashier didn't greet us or acknowledge that she'd be with us shortly. She was making another drink, looked over at us, then looked away, and we waited about five minutes without any acknowledgment. When the customer she was helping came up to pick up their drink, she took the time to have a brief conversation with them while we continued waiting to order. When she finally came over, there was no apology for the wait or even a simple "Hi, how are you?"--just, "What can I get you?" The coffee may be good, but customer service plays a big role in the overall experience. Based on my two visits, I think there's a lot of room for improvement in how customers are welcomed and treated. Unfortunately, these interactions have made me hesitant to return.

I completely understand why costs are rising--ingredients, labor, and overhead aren't getting any cheaper for local businesses, so an increase makes sense. However, with the current pricing, stopping by for a routine treat or grabbing a few items for the family is becoming noticeably less affordable for us. The quality and taste are still consistent, but it's shifted from a casual, regular stop to more of a rare, occasional splurge. I still love what they offer, but I really hope prices stabilize so it stays accessible for regular visits.

Between all of us, we ordered more than a dozen drinks along with plenty of pastries. As the afternoon went on, it became unbearably hot inside the café. We asked the staff if they could lower the temperature, but were told that administration had taken the remote control and that employees did not have access to adjust the air conditioning. It was a very unusual explanation, and honestly, I wasn't sure whether it was true or if they simply wanted us to leave. Unfortunately, the uncomfortable temperature made it difficult to enjoy our time there, especially during a meeting. Based on this experience, I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

The place looks really nice now--such a pleasant spot to sit, enjoy your treats, and relax, especially with kids. The ice cream is always delicious, and we absolutely love their affogato. I was also amazed that they go by cups--we got a lot for the large cups, which felt like great value! I did want to share a small piece of feedback about our recent visit. In the past, water was available in small jars, but now it's set up in a larger dispenser. After ordering ice cream, we went to grab some water, but it had run out. I let the staff member in front know, and she kindly explained that they were out, which I completely understood. However, another staff member suddenly commented that there was no water and that if I wanted some, I should buy and pay for it. It was a bit surprising--not because of the policy, but because of the tone, which came across as a bit harsh. Maybe she was just having a bad day, which I can understand, but the delivery didn't feel very welcoming. I want to emphasize that I have no issue paying for water at all; in fact, I planned to go back to the car after ice cream to get water since we parked nearby. It was just the way it was said that didn't sit well. I didn't say anything at the moment since I understand everyone can have off days, but I do think consistency in how customers are spoken to is important--others might not take that tone as lightly. When I sat down, another staff member came over and offered my family water. If you happen to read this--thank you. Your kindness really meant a lot to us. Overall, we still enjoy coming here for the great ice cream, generous portions, and the cozy atmosphere. Sharing this as feedback because we enjoy this place and would love to keep having great experiences here.

What a great find!…read more We were craving Bahn Mi and weren't sure where to get "good" Bahn Mi. Thanks to Yelp, we found this place. First, it's a local business, so it's a great way to support local business owners. Second, the workers (probably owners) were very friendly. They made some suggestions, and we're very happy about the choices we made. My wife ordered the Beef Brisket, and I ordered the BBQ Pork (Braised with Honey). They were both cooked perfectly. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the bread was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside (toasted). The veggies daikon, carrots, etc. were great. I love cilantro, so next time I will order "extra cilantro." We also ordered the Mango Sago, which had Tapioca pearls (you can add other toppings). It was absolutely wonderful! It's in a shopping area, so parking is plentiful. There was plenty of seating, and the place was clean and welcoming! The price was on the expensive side, but again, it's a local business, and it was worth it. We spent about $40 (including 2 waters and a tip). 100% recommend!
