don't feel like they were honest with me. They wanted to make holes all over my house and made me believe my house was full of mod when it was all a lie. I feel like that just took advantage of me and the situation. I paid them almost $5,000 for them to take some dry wall, tear up my floors, leave some fans for 5 days when all this was not needed. They will try to scare you and tell you that your house is full of mold, there is mold in the air and can get you sick but it is all a lie. It is sad that there are people like trust restoration that take advantage of people and put fear into them just to steal their money. Do not trust this company. They should change their name. The best. This team of professionals completed what we though was a simple leak but when we found out actually our whole garage had years of damage... thank goodness we were with Trust! They were on time. Reliable. Respectful of our property. In general really just nice people- literally every person who did work was just a skilled, nice person. I hired this company to do the mold and asbestos abatement for my approx 1200sf condo. They priced competitively and beat out the 2 other companies and they could start the next day. So I signed up. This company did pass all inspections with the city on the first try. So they know what their doing when they show up to your unit. However, the scheduling, paperwork and communication leaves something so be desired. I was the one asking and following up for when inspectors were being scheduled, getting the correct invoice to make the payments and when equipment would be removed. It was definitely less than professional office since I was told multiple stories of why machines were left running for 4 days extra (because they were too busy to come back to get their equipment), Then they conveniently forgot to tell me it takes 10 business days to file permits with the city so we can get permission to start the work. AND the asbestos abatement was farmed out to a 3rd party. I'm glad my unit is asbestos and mold free but you really have to pay attention to every movement and everyday with them. You can't wait for their "expertise" to update you on the situation. You have to stay on top of them and my invoices were laughable. I asked for a final $0 balance invoice that showed I am paid up full since I handed my technician the final payment. After calling their office and emailing multiple time for multiple weeks, It was typed into the body of an email with 4 lines. Not an official invoice like they first used but I guess it's something. read more

There's no license needed in the state of California to do " mold remediation work" Coming from a licensed bonded and insured general contractor the scope of work that they did shouldn't cost more than $750 MAXIMUM on the expensive side but of course we were charged $1500+ an additional $300 for additional work that is unclear. Do yourself a favor and find a more experienced company. Please trust me if you value time, transparency, and honest work. Please get a second opinion. read more

Then they cleaned under my house and sanitized the area as well as cover the subterranean area with water absorbed material and installed some vent fans. This company isn't allowed to contract for the past few months at least so check Before believing in him he did not tell us his license isn't good until we told him , Shlomo the owner of this company came over our house , charged us 700$ for a test that another licensed company that I brought charged 200 $ for same tests , before knowing this , I helped him speak to my landlord and submit a estimate , he got the job , still didn't say he's not licensed . Asked me if Sunday is ok I told him , texted him and left a verbal message Sunday is no good for me yet at 8 am I get a knock on the door like the police , I jumped up woke up alarmed and my whole day was ruined , he also left one board with visible mold but decided to tell me only after my landlord tried to cut his pay becusse he needed my help, my brother who is a family member and helps me , checked two months later that license still is not valid and canceled the payment , I told him this and before I finished typing I will fix this Friday am , he already write me what your so poor or so mean . ( I still fixed and paid him ) but he did not deserve the money , his service was worse than terrible and I can happily reffer you all guy who charged me 200 for his 700 , and he was not honest he should of said my license for trust restoration is suspended do you want to work with us he didn't do he just lied and took our money and made the whole process a lot more difficult I regret ever calling this company , also after paying the 700 They sent me two invoices saying I owe 700 ( they are a joke ) and still today are not licensed , I have in writing from him how it his license will fixed two months ago still not . I have to say, Shlomo was great! We had major flooding in our area this winter, and we ended up with water standing in a few areas of our home. We needed emergency water removal, as well as drying, disinfection and restoration. The major problem with the flooding was that we discovered it had happened in the middle of the night when I got out of bed to check a strange noise; turns out the strange noise was the water coming in the house. We called Trust Restoration after looking online for someone with all the services we needed that was available 24 hours. I called them right away, and they were out at the house much faster than I expected in the middle of the night. They got the water out fast, and I couldn't believe what a great and efficient job they did getting everything dry so that nothing molds. After hours of high pressure trying to get me to sign with them, for an incredible overprice, I managed to get Solomon and Ronnie out of my condo. They go around looking and asking for more work when you didn't want that, in the first place. It was like the vacuum salesmen of 55 years ago, who when they would get their foot in the door, you could hardly get rid of them. Got an estimate for $12,600 to do slim coats over plaster and drywall of less than 680 sq. ft. This is scary. They drove all the way to the southcoast to try to anchor down and harass me into letting them do the work. I had to leave my condo to get them to go away! Beware! read more

I'd give them a zero star if I could. Not trustworthy. Shady. Use equipment that are old, dirty, and not safe in my mind. Employees do not follow standard procedure guidelines, and carry mold contaminated wood all around house without proper covering. That Shlomo guy is smooth...yes, he's a smooth talker alright, but don't let that fool you. He says' he's certified but if you look up the credentials, it looks like one of those online courses, not a true Mold certified training. Bottom line, these guys are scary. These are just my own opinion based on the horrible experience I had with this company, but I do have lots of pictures to prove my claims. "Trust" Restoration? Shlomo was my savior! Without him I would have not known about the bathroom mold problem that was coming from my neighbor's condo. He came, did the testing, quickly returned the testing results, then tore out my bathroom shower stall, which revealed the black mold on back of my neigjhbor's wall facing me shower. After running a HEPA filtering machine for 4 days with me sealed off from my bathroom, I was able to get a mold clearance from a 3rd party, neutral, inspection. Now my bathroom is being reconstructed. Shlomo took photos of the neighbor's wall facing me, which I submitted to my HOA management company. With this evidence the problem from my neighbor is now being remediated. They had originally said that they did not have a mold problem - the photos was the evidence needed to get them to take care of their problem which caused me to have a problem. They set up the work space in my house and did not mention that they had planned to be on vacation for 10 days! When they returned their work was simply shoddy. I pointed out mold in behind the wall that needed to be cleaned. They said they would not and if the mold testing came back positive they would clean it. I had the mold tested and it came back positive and they they said that they would only clean the visible mold it if the mold inspector that they hired came back with a positive test. Really?
