Bill Torres worked with me to find the best mattress but didn't try to pressure me into anything. I took my time and tried out several mattresses and even took a few cat naps while I was there. Bill was patient and spent time explaining a lot of details about the various types of mattresses from innerspring to memory foam to hybrid. I settled on the Serta I-comfort hybrid blue fusion plush mattress with an adjustable base. Let me just tell you - an adjustable base will change your LIFE!!! I always considered that to be for the older generation but it's the best investment I could have made. My kingsdowne base raises the head and feet and comes with a massage feature as well as underbed lighting. It's amazing! I also got a floor model bed set, which includes the headboard and surrounding structure for a reasonable price. My new mattress and furniture was delivered three days later with no extra charge for delivery. The delivery guys were very careful with my furniture and didn't bang up anything while they moved my old bed out and my new one in. I am definitely one of those people that does comparison shopping and this experience was no different. I compared prices on my phone while I was in the store and Bill never tried to dissuade me from doing so. Bill made my mattress shopping experience an enjoyable one and I am very pleased with my mattress and base so far. If anything changes, I'll be sure to let you know. In the meantime, check them out.

Now, the mattresses here are top notch, but those standard blue box springs are trash. They ruined our last 2 mattresses. They have no side support and bend under the pressures of casual use. With the purchase we again upgraded, but not because we felt obligated. The purple 2 mattress was in our budget, and came with it's own adjustable bed frame. So no more standard blue box spring for us. The delivery guys aren't much in the way of customer service, but they came in and set everything up. Right now I am very satisfied with our set up. The purple 2 comes with its own brand of accessories which include an adjustable bed base, pillows, mattress protection cover, sheets...etc I'm very happy that we went to the Bowie location to get everything worked out.

I purchased a split king size box spring, and a full metal frame, July 2019. Somewhere around six…read moremonths later I noticed that the box spring on my side started to bend. At about 10 post purchase I returned to the store to attempt to replace the box spring, she said they would have a replacement delivered. A replacement never came: I called they said warranty was still pending; life got busy, we had a newborn, I lost interest gave up on the replacement. A year later I returned purchased another box spring replacement. The sales rep said the item must have been defective and I wouldn't have this problem again. 6 months later the box spring started to bend AGAIN. I fully understand that I am an large human (6'6/300), but this has never been an issue before. I attempt to contact the store - I was rudely pushed to the website, because the stores on do "sales". I attempted customer service and I was redirected to their online warranty form; which apparently is the only way they warranties. You cannot speak to anyone and utter the word "warranty" and if you say it you are redirected instantly. Anything after 120 days is $79.99 to have a 3rd party look at your box spring and say "yep, it's bent" like obviously. Mattress Firm I will no longer do business with you and recommend you to no one.

The moment I tried it out, I knew I was going with it as it felt very similar, but I tried a few more out just to make sure. As a result, the whole experience was super quick and easy, and because of the Labor Day sales they had going on, I feel I got a great value on the mattress and bed frame. Came back to talk with Alberto (who was super nice and worked with me patiently) on comparing prices. He was able to match for the cheaper price if I was able to buy that set that day or next day and get delivery by Monday. I went ahead and got it. Fast forward to Monday. I got a call from Alberto saying their delivery guys could only find two of the three pieces for my order to deliver. I could get a black/white set (in picture below) or try another set that was similar at no additional charge since their was an error on the factory end. He sent a text with the picture of the available option which I also really liked and I decided to go with it. They delivered it by 4pm on Monday. Delivery guys were super fast and polite. I would highly recommend using them again even with the slight hiccup they handle extremely well. Picture 1: set in the store they had to showcase. I originally ordered that set but in all black Picture 2: set that was available last minute that's was delivered. I love it!

John led us through each type of bed and pillow, showing us how each type of mattress affects our body when we sleep. It feels funny at first lying around with a bunch of strangers, but that's the only way to do it. They work as a team so there is no pressure for commission or competition over the others. They can manage to assist multiple customers at a time while you are looking at your beds. We ultimately got the Tempurpedic and we can't wait for it to be delivered next week! It was a great experience and the store seems to have good "Feng Shui" as opposed to what I was expecting from the Festival shopping center. I totally recommend at least a visit if you're looking at mattresses or pillow!

I walked in expecting to walk back out shortly thereafter, but I browsed for quite a bit! It's quite a ways from my house, but I was in the area and would come back just to see what new items they have. I was looking for a comfortable chair to place in my bedroom and some counter-height stools for my kitchen. I did see a lot of options but didn't make a purchase because I didn't have a way to transport. But they really had some nice couches, ottomans, and paintings! I'm definitely coming back even if only for a painting. The employees weren't hovering (which I love). Mekhi was especially helpful with information about heading to their website to find additional counter stools they didn't have in stock. I'll be back!
