I love how they both seamlessly work together and the communication is evident. They do a comprehensive check every time we see them. For example, they wanted to follow up with a tooth that was growing at an angle and at the next check-up, while I forgot, they remembered and check it. Dr. Howard is honest and if braces is not needed, he won't pressure you to get it. This happened with my second child while my oldest went through the invisalign Phase 1 treatment with him and she was so happy with the results and the services. We see them every 3-4 months for a squeaky clean teeth. I am so blessed I found them and they happen to be my local dentist. My daughters love them and feel very comfortable around them. It's a plus that they too have small kids and they understand what it feels like to be parents, caring for young kids, and the fear kids may have visiting dentists. Both Dr. Christine and Dr. Howard are wonderful with kids. I know they are always booked but I do make my appointments 3-4 months in advance. I came in to repair a bonded wire metal retainer on my bottom teeth that I got done in Minnesota about 7 years ago. The glue and metal was damaged from wear and tear / chewing over the years. I loved their transparency, open honesty in their work. The staff are all patient to explain the process and let you decide if you want to move forward. Primrose was one of the rare few offices open on Saturdays so save yourself time calling a bunch of other offices and come here! Affordable prices, prompt service and kind staff from front desk to techs and Dr Luu. The space is airy welcoming clean, air purifier in every room and smells like amazing of an aromatherapy space. I was able to get an invisalign bottom clear retainer impression for future proofing and extra added assurance on top of my bonded retainer repair. All within one hour which is fantastic as their office is well staff and works efficiently. Their paperwork are all very organized, easy to read and they give you a folder of the records to take one. We were also told that it could take 4+ years! Besides the unprofessionalism in the office, both the doctor and the staff were just not good at this Arcadia clinic. Frustrated with the treatment, we were highly recommended to see Dr McClure by our oral surgeon. OMG. It was a night and day difference. The entire office is very polite and professional. They make sure that the patient feels comfortable. Dr Kaitlin is very knowledgeable and actually cares about the patient. She takes her time to explain everything and answer any questions that we have. As proof, after less than 4 months of seeing Dr McClure, we already saw a dramatic change in my kid's teeth.
