Sapporo is a huge upgrade from what used to be there…read more The old buffet was easily one of the worst around, so it's great to see it replaced by a massive upgrade in all areas - this is now a clean, professional establishment. The menu is robust with a mix of a few different cuisines. The Korean fried chicken was outstanding, crisp, hot, and perfectly seasoned. The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. They even serve chopsticks with reusable tips, which is a thoughtful touch and adds to the experience. We loved our meal, the service was excellent, and we can't wait to go back. Sapporo is definitely the premier sushi restaurant in the Boothwyn area. Easy five stars!

Don't eat it right away because the skin is still sticky when fresh out of the steamer. Let it cool a little, so that the skin will not break. The skin for the pork dumpling is thick, but still good. Great flavor for the soup and the filling inside. When you bite into the crab soup dumpling, you can see the fresh crab and crab roe inside. Once again, the Ikura was too sweet with some type of additive I think because it is not naturally sweet. Rice was a little hard this time in the Ikura sushi. The Madai and King Salmon were the best.
