The website could use a bit of work (for example, no option to pay online yet), but the booking process was still very easy. I was able to schedule a cleaning for the very next morning (with less than 24 hours notice!) If for any reason you decide to call about your booking (I had a few questions since I'm new to this), know that the Customer Service operator(s) were very responsive and transparent. Isabella showed up to my house on time, was very polite and friendly, and took great care to walk me through what she would be doing in each area. After a quick tour of the cleaning areas she jumped right into it! When it was done, Isabella showed me each of the areas she worked on, the difference was night and day! During the walkthrough, everything looked great overall, and one of the cleaners even mentioned they thought I already had a regular cleaning service because the home was already well kept. After they left, I did notice a few missed splatter spots on the kitchen walls above the counters, but overall the service was professional and thorough.
