With another tenant who also used the garbage cans, where we even helped our senior lower unit tenant dump her garbage the day we moved out, And when we moved in the cans were full and we had to request it to be removed. We have emails showing the cans were full and removed with rental company. Returning property as it was found, no damage done to the property. Normal wear and tear on the invoice and some are not even real. Duck tape so rodents don't go in the house.. wear and tear! And all health issues gone since moving out Security deposit can not be deducted for no damage and just wear and tear, as seen on invoice to the property. The towel bar was like 40 years old! Sean and Cathy can kick rocks with slippers on. Extremely unprofessional and unethical.

Coincidently, I received a rejection from HPPM due to my Credit Report Score from Experian which contains serious errors and I was not given an opportunity to address the issues cited. My calls to Monica were not returned which is very interesting. Beware these people are scammers Asian Pacific realty/Rose tried to keep our $2000 security deposit…read morewe didn't sign a lease nor move into any unit we had our grandma go into their office to put our deposit down apperantly they dont have a regular form for security deposits they had my grandma sign a holding fee form which we were unaware of being their communication is terrible. But no where on the form did it say we paid anything for a holding and next to where the amount we would of paid if it was a holding fee was blank. I requested our deposit back Saturday no response until Monday afternoon the day we were supposed to move in if we would have gone through with it. She asked when I wanted to come into pick it up I told her next morning again no response. So this morning I text her letting her know what time ill be on the way she texts back saying she needs to speak with the owner of the unit then texts back 2 hours later saying that due to some holding fee I forfeited my deposit and sends me a picture of that same form but altered to show next to the holding fee paid and she added in $2000 which isnt on the original document. She legit tried to scam me out of my $2000 if I didn't have my original document she would of just kept my whole deposit. With the limited conversation there was never any talk about a holding fee or anything of the sort all we talked about was a security deposit.
