After 25 years being open for business is now closing their doors! Some techs are going to a new place and then some of them don't know where they'll end up. I did an afternoon walk-in, and got a mani-pedi done by Jessica and Nancy. The receptionist was very kind and personable, and she's definitely a conversationalist, which makes the whole experience much more enjoyable. The ladies are all very kind, and I like how peaceful it is inside. Nail salons are always so calm and relaxing, so it is definitely a luxury. This was my second time here, and my first time getting a regular manicure/pedicure done. I was asked if I'd like to get my calluses removed for $10, so I went ahead with it. Also, two of my fingernails were glued, since they were breaking and I told them I was worried they would snap off soon, and I wasn't charged extra for them. Both ladies massaged my hands and feet, and that was so special and made it all worth it. The price is reasonable, and they are considerate enough to ask if you'd like to pay beforehand, so you don't have to worry about smudging your nails after they are done. Unfortunately, I work with acetone in a lab, so my fingernails didn't last more than 2 days, but I still loved the shape of them and how it turned out. Even my toenails started rubbing off a lot within the first week. I just wish I took more pictures of it. read more

I'm not sure why I keep Coming back here. This place is really not that good, my nails for the price I pay hardly if ever come out nice. I'm so disappointed. I pay good money to get my nails done and I expect a good job. Also if I have a complaint or don't like how something comes out, they make me feel bad. I'm never coming back here again. Sad cuz the staff is kinda nice. It's just the work isn't consistent and I don't want to keep leaving this place feeling like a 10 year old painted my nails lol. Never again!!! read more

First time here and was blown away (in a good way). I got Gel X with chrome and it was $75 total which honestly is such a good price compared to other places that I've been. It's all because Tiffany, who was an absolute queen and took such good care of me. I showed her a pic and she did an even better job!! She was patient and took her time to deliver. My pic does not do these nails justice!!!! The shop is also super clean and the way the seats are arranged made it so you had a little more privacy than the usual nail salon set ups :) Music was also relaxing spa music, which was another plus for the vibe and experience. This is my fourth visit today. Each visit I had a different nail tech and a good job was performed. I only get pedicures with leg massage. I was not pleased with today's visit. I selected the $45 dollar pedicure. The tech was very fast, did not take time on my nail trimming and cuticles. She also told me they don't work on the corner of your toe nails, I have never been told that before. Each step felt rushed. The tech even cut the bag to release the water before she finished my calluses. She wanted me to put my feet back in the tub to wash my feet off. I refused until the bag was put back on. It seemed like she was doing the work as an amateur and not a skilled trained professional. I will no longer be using this business. Techs name was Nancy. read more

Have had a variety of issues from being overcharged and having to ask them to correct the charge to having to spend 2+ hours here for a simply gel manicure & polish pedicure because the woman doing my manicure kept getting pulled away to answer the phone. I've also had really inconsistent experiences with the outcome of my manicures. Seems like every employee has a different approach to a simple gel french manicure. But generally they are nice and the prices aren't too steep so I kept coming. This review is on account of CLEANLINESS. After getting my nails done here exclusively a handful of times over the course of a few months, I have fungal infections on both my fingernails and toenails...the only place I could have picked it up was here. read more

This place is hit or miss, depending on who you get. In the past I've had Jamie do my nails and address great. Takes her time, my gel manicures have lasted 3-4 weeks when she's done them. This past Sunday I had an older lady (forgot her name), who was extremely slow. I was there an hour and 10 min just to get a gel manicure- I and didn't even have gel on. My nails were clean. She didn't do that great of a job for taking as long as she did.. I have gel on my skin. But it is what it is. Next time I will request Jamie as I've had positive experiences with her in the past. read more

My usual spot was randomly closed, so I decided to try this salon. The space is clean and relaxing to be in. The employees are kind and do a good job. There were some minor mistakes I'm finding now, but not terrible. The two ladies working on my feet and hands would sometimes get really into their conversation and stop mid massage or nail trim, but other than those things, it was a decent time. I would go again. May not be my first choice though, since they are on the pricier side than I'm used to. read more

The store is located off Beach and Imperial, near a Jersey Mikes and a Paris Baguette store. Plenty of parking and they're open late until 7pm. While the store is bigger than most nail shops, I'd still recommend getting an appointment. I've been there when it's wall to wall customers. I've been happy with Sala and Tiffany. I'd recommend them for pedicures. Overall an excellent experience. Price is competitive to the surrounding business. read more

I came here because I couldn't make it to my regular nail place. Upon entering there was a nice receptionist. The place looked nice and clean I like the setup of the chairs, there are in circles vs straight lines. The place feels relaxing and quiet. They had a nice choice of nail colors. I asked for the Herbal Foot Soak but only to find out they don't offer it anymore Normally nail places don't bother to cut the side of your toe nails (ingrown nail) and this place was no exception. The lady I got ignored that area even tho she couldn't clean around it. I asked and she complied. Overall the lady was sweet and throughout the service she asked if I was ok. A good mood gentleman did my manicure. He was nice and fast. I think I might have found a new nail place! read more

I asked for cat eye French tip nails and that is exactly what I got. 10 /10! I got my nails done before my Europe trip, my hair is currently dyed red, I did my makeup (w/a beauty blender) for over a week, I toured around Italy. The white tip nail polish, does not have any stains from my hair, does not have any makeup stains, no cracks/chips or ugly marks from my day to day shenanigans or when shopping around Italy. Usually white tips are known for getting stained easily with anything but not these! These photos are taken over a week of getting them done. But they still look as if I just walked out of the salon. I'm sad to write this. Been coming here off and on for decades. But after multiple mishaps on different occasions and being understanding, I'm disappointed to say this was our last visit. I don't want to bash them but if I was looking for a salon I would want to know this before I came here. Today's last straw: - waiting ONE HOUR AND 20 minutes despite having an appointment - After my technician began, she left me for 20 minutes to attend to someone who messed up their own nails - She didn't wear gloves or wash her hands and touched the other woman's feet and shoes and went directly to mine. I had to ask her to wear gloves if she wasn't going to wash her hands - Other people got to come in because they had appointments with specific people. Guess you can't just have an appointment alone be respected - They messed up our toes. Both of us, and we had to have them fix them. - My gel manicure was messy, rushed, messed up that I had to fix it when I got home after finding more mistakes and itll probably peel off soon What I'm asking for is the basics and the fact that I had to ask for hygiene steps to be taken was it for me. Not to mention our time wasted and evening lost. Update: 3 days later and my nail bed is completely messed up and jagged, skin peeling, it's never been like this until I got my manicure here. She filed my nails sooooo short in the top and sides that my skin is raw and still hurts to pick things up. The nail polish is already peeling off on the sides. Probably because she did such a messy paint job and after the Uv gel light AFTER ALL THE LAYERS, she would file it and I told her I was worried and she said don't worry this is how its done. It's so bad. I'm really frustrated I wasted $130 dollars on a terrible experience, trashy looking nails, destroyed nail beds and nails and a possible infection. read more
