It seems like every visit I've had to this salon since this initial review has gotten worse and worse. The last time I came to this salon, I was left waiting for an extended period of time, so long that the water my feet were soaking in got cold. I always get a different technician so I never get the same experience. The particular tech I had this time rushed through the pedicure. I was done before people who had been there way longer than me were. My feet weren't scrubbed properly. She also cut my toe nail horribly which was causing me a lot of pain days after. Overall, I believe the service here is very hit or miss. Sometimes it's really good, but most of the time it's okay. I'll be finding another salon to go to. read more

Sorry to say but everyone in the shop is very mediocre. The woman named Vy was The best person at the shop. If you're not getting a pedicure I wouldn't get anything done here. I tried to let a man in the third chair do my full set in not even a week later my nails are lifting and looking horrible. Not even to say he apply my acrylic and didn't even offer to clean my cuticles until the girl was going to paint. So all I can say is don't waste your time. I have been thinking about this review for awhile, thought it maybe rather weird that a guy writes about a nail salon. But HEY lol came here with my Wife which she raves about this place all the time. From time to time I would get a pedicure done, 2 things I look for and cleanliness and if the tubs are wrapped in new plastic things or not. Well this place is VERY CLEAN, the nail technicians are all well equipped and also well mannered. We have been to many and I would say this is definitely a top 2. I always feel bad for whoever that works on my foot, its a bit rough and callus-eee. I love when the water is hot (must request for it) or usually it would be luke warm. I got the middle option which comes with leg scrubs and hot towel to moisturize the legs and feet . I'm not really sure how much more I can speak of this experience lol but I will definitely be a returning customer. Update: After 5 days, I had one broken nail, one cracked nail, 4 nails "lifted" between the tips and acrylic, and 7 nail cuticles looking like they needed a refill. I'm very disappointed because I did have a great experience and had hopes that I'd be a regular costumer. I haven't had my nails done besides shellac manicure in over a year because I have not found a nail tech that will accommodate my picky indecisive wants. TU nails had great reviews and close to my mom's house so I decided to give it a try, and I'm super happy I did! It is a small hole in the wall, nothing fancy, but the service and hospitality is superb! The prices for services are comparable to most other nail places. V did a full set of nude color on my nails and I can say I will definitely be back for future refills! She took her time, asked questions as to my likes, was willing to try and change colors to my liking, and was very friendly! Her work was very professional and finished my nails off completely. My sister had a mani pedi and she also enjoyed every minute of it. The ladies took their time and pride on their work! They do have so many different colors of shellac, powder colors and even a variety of chrome colors! Now I just hope they last and not fall off soon so I can keep coming back. read more

I had to change my rating from 5 to two. I don't get my nails done often anymore so when i do i keep coming back here despite all the times my nails sucked. Sadly this will be the last time. I came less than a week ago to get my nails done for my birthday and they definitely didn't last at all. My nails chipped, broke and fell off in 5 days. The nail was not glued on properly despite telling the guy to glue them right. The nail powder layer was so thin the nails easily cracked and chipped. I've never had this issue before so this definitely puts me off. I think it's time to try another different nail place. read more

Had an amazing pedi done by a very nice and professional nail tech named Kate. She listened to what I wanted , was very attentive, and went out of her way to do a to notch job. I can't believe how affordable this place is. A regular pedi is only $20. I requested Vy but she was out of town but the lady that took care of me, Phi?, was really sweet and took the time to provide good service. I got the sea salt pedi for $25 and My eyebrows done for $6. She did a really great job shaping my eyebrows. I've gone twice now and I really like this place. They are very professional and both rounds of shellac have last 3+ weeks (I tend to push it to the limits) without chipping or breaking. They aren't like other salons that keep trying to upsell you or add other services the entire time you are there, which makes it a very relaxing getaway. I will be back again! read more

Honestly, I don't know what happened to me! Everyone here seems to have an amazing experience with great nails, but not me!! I mean they were super nice and the place is clean and has great prices. I came to get a set of powder nails done since I will be a bridesmaid for my sister this weekend. I moved from Pearland and I am used to my usual place but I decided to try something new and local hoping it would be my new regular place since its so close to home. My nails are thick, uneven, crooked and over a hot mess!! The only ones that came out decent are the pinkies! I knew there was something wrong when I saw my index fingernail but I have really bad social anxiety and I hate complaining! I feel like a burden when I do. She filed my cuticle on my thumb and it was bleeding then she put germ x or alcohol and it burned!! I use to come for years here but now they completely got a new crew. There's older lady doing pedicures and she does a bad job!!! My pedicure was about 10 mins !!!! Outrageous ! The girl that does pedicures is amazing ( the young one) but when it comes to down to the ending result and experience I will not be going back. I've gone once before and left unhappy. Two days later, my pedicure and manicure chipped off. TWO DAYS LATER. But I thought, hey let's give them another shot. Let's start off with the fact that my nail color is completely different than the nail color I chose for my toes: apparently it was the shellac version of the normal color. It's the "same color" one is lilac the other is Barbie pink. If I as a client show you the color I want, that's the color I'm going to get especially if I'm the one paying for your time and services. Then, if you ask them to fix a nail for you they of course become angry and start mouthing off in their language. I ended up leaving uncomfortable, pushed and pissed off. Let's not forget that my nails weren't done how I wanted much less done well. They are bubbly, uneven and not properly filled. And look at my cuticles. These were done Saturday. I'm so disappointed. Very welcoming, clean and serene. Calming music, dim lights... super relaxing. I was seated immediately - which doesn't always happen at 3pm on a weekend w/out an appt - and offered something to drink. Prices are very reasonable. The massage chairs are super comfortable, well taken care of & actually work. Again, that doesn't happen everywhere. Their instruments are clean and sanitized, which is a must. And the room temperature was perfect; some places don't have the a/c on and that's just not ok, esp during Houston summers. V, the woman who provided all the maintenance did a GREAT job! Her massage skills are out of this world. Not sure why she didn't do the actual painting of my toes. A gentleman named Minh did all the painting, and my toes look great!
