Fortunately one of the other transport companies didn't show up to pick me up for an appointment and someone in the facility I'm in called ASH transport and they sent someone at a moments notice to come pick me up.. They did & got me to my appointment early and was there within 10 minutes after my appointment let out.. Its been a godsend to have finally had a good transportation experience, I told the facility I'm currently living at that I only want ASH to pick me up.. I've had a bunch of dental appointments lately and I've used them and will only use them from now on.. Friendly , always on time , clean vehicle, no non sense experience.. The driver wanted to come a half hour earlier than scheduled (I said No because I wasn't ready); then went to the wrong house and was late; and he did not stay at the medical facility during my procedure, as required. To top it all off, the billing department charged me for an extra hour of waiting time, and has refused to return any of my 4 phone calls to rectify the problem. You have been warned!!

Prior to each shift, they sent an email or text to let me…read moreknow which caregiver would be covering the next shift, (i.e: by 8 PM I might receive a text message letting me know that caregiver A would be taking my 8:00 AM-4:00 PM shift, Caretaker B would take the shift from 4:00 PM-8:00 PM, and Caretaker C would be taking 8:00 PM-8:00 AM). The company can also provide a live in provider if one wishes. Each administrator was very kind, very patient, very helpful and very communicative. I am grateful to each and every one of them! Although my insurance, (private non-Medicare or Medicaid), would not approve of this service for me, I found the price reasonable considering all that I would need from the people coming in to take care of me. Caretakers take care of any number of activities while they are with you, such as light housework, (dishes after eating, sweeping or mopping a mess made by a client/patient, doing a load of laundry, if need be, and making beds. My CAN's helped coach me through home exercises from my knee replacement and through walking laps in my own home. One special mention of note: On Monday, my Caregiver was helping me prepare for a doctor's appointment when my heart went into serious arrythmia. Care with Love's Registered Nurse Laura, advised us to call an ambulance and go to the hospital. My caregiver not only followed the ambulance to the hospital but remained with me until her shift was over. The next day, she arrived promptly at the beginning of her shift despite the fact that I was still in the hospital. She did so the next day as well, remaining from start to finish of her shift, and fussing over me like a mother hen!!! I am home again, and able to (mostly) take care of myself. I will greatly miss my caregivers. Care With Love helped me through the most difficult time I've ever had as an adult. I am so grateful for their help~ Would I recommend them?? YES! Emphatically! Would I use them in the future if needed? Absolutely!!! Should YOU pick up the phone and call Care with Love?? You BET!

She then came out and told me that I needed to put the request in writing. So I did just that, but it would take time to get it all together. So I included my address. I asked for another envelope because she removed the paper strip to uncover the seal, so it was sticky, she actually tore the top off of the envelope and handed it back to me. How Ridiculous is that, she told me she didn't have another one in the office to give me. I call BS! This place needs to get their act together.
