This place was a hidden gem for sure! We came in on the Tuesday after Christmas hoping for less people than in town. We were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and I loved that you could pick your own seat and order at your own pace. My party of 3 each ordered our own pizzas. While it took a while to get our pizzas, we were more than happy with complimentary games and cards along with our reasonably-priced, generously-poured, and downright-delicious flights! I got all IPAs and thoroughly enjoyed them. Our pizzas eventually came and 2/3 of them were cold, which was the only thing holding me back from a 5-star review. My pizza was at least slightly warm and it was absolutely delicious; I was so excited that I forgot to take a picture. We also happened to be there on trivia night, which the place filled up for while we were there and seemed like a really fun time although we had to miss it. This is a great little microbrewery to visit if you are in the area. I found it via a yelp search so thanks to all who visited and posted a review. Place does not look like much from the outside. Other than the sign above the door, it is really easy to drive by. Once inside, their is a lot take in. As you enter, their is a gift shop with shirts etc, a bunch of benches in front of you, the bar and huge window into the brewery on your right, barrels in front of you and other assorted items hanging off the walls. I tried the pale ale, fall line, session IPA, and double IPA. Everything was very good. Staff was very friendly. I am glad I got the chance to stop in. read more

The best beer and food of any brewery I have visited. Crew is a blast and music always fabulous.

It is with extreme reservation that I give Tuckerman Brewing five stars. We are regular visitors to the No Conway area and have our favorite secret/not-so-secret hangouts but somehow we've overlooked Tuckerman Brewing. BUT...those days are over. Tuckerman's is like many other brewing company's brewery: a stark building buried in a nondescript industrial park. Once inside there is a cool vibe and lots to do or nothing to do depending on your preference. Wiped out from a day skiing? No problem - sit at the bar, grab one of the many board games, order a flight or a pint and chillax at one of the picnic tables. Getting warmed up for a night out? No problem - grab a drink, hang at the bar and chit chat, play a round of corn hole (indoors!) then take off. Somehow (maybe it's the high ceilings) the place isn't too loud. Tuckerman nails the tasting room vibe and has the beer quality to back it up. What about the beer? Yes...they sell beer to go along with the atmosphere. Tuckerman is not an unknown choice in NH and is popular for a reason. Visit their web page for a better description of their beers than I can provide here. Everyone's taste is subjective, but so long as you like beer they have enough choices so you will find something you will enjoy. If you really like it you can buy cans or a growler to take home. Prices for drafts at the bar or cans to go are very reasonable. So why my reservation? Simply because once the word gets out about how great this place is it will be packed and instead of being able to walk in, find a seat and listen to local music we will have to stand or go somewhere else. Bummer, but they've earned the kudos. Now to cross my fingers that I'll be able to find a place to park at my next visit. read more

The new facility is a huge step up from the old brewery on the other side of the parking lot. The new facility has a much greater capacity and you will find some "brewery only" beers on tap at the new tasting counter. They sell flights, pints and growlers to go. There are seats at the counter and picnic tables. On a recent visit there was a cornhole game going. I saw a poster advertising live music the following night. They do have water and a few snacks for sale as well as plenty of Tuckerman swag. Tours are also offered at scheduled times. If you are a fan of craft beer or just beer for that matter, it's worth a stop. read more

Excellent service, great beer and thankfully you have to keep your dog at home. The prices at the brewery are dramatically lower when buying a 12 pack or even a case. Maine beer and Bissell bros could take a lesson from this. read more

I haven't been out for a beer since March and was hesitant to come here - but after climbing Mt Kearsarge I needed a cold beer! This place was perfect. Tons of outdoor seating, lots of hand sanitizer and everyone wearing masks. Beer was delicious and food was super good! Got the lager and a pulled pork sandwich. Loved everything! read more

Stopped in to try some of their beers as I make my way around the state to check out various breweries. Sat down at the bar, told the waitress I wanted to order a flight of 4. She asked if I knew what I wanted, and I did. Named the four beers, and she came back right away. I asked to order a pretzel as well (A $7 pretzel!) and she said "Sure, but it will be awhile." That was the last I heard from her as she chatted with friends and buzzed around. Not once asked if I wanted a beer, how the beer was, despite me being at the end of the bar closest to the kitchen and her passing many times. Did tell the other bartender that I liked one of the beers, and he stamped my beer passport from me. All the while the waitress chatted with a couple two seats to my right. I finally asked for my check. She said "A flight and pretzel?" and I said "I never got my pretzel." It was as though I hadn't said anything. She said "Oh, that's right, the ladies beside you ordered a pretzel." Took it off and was on my way. read more

This place is wicked cool! Went in for a tour, which was free (totally awesome)!! Happened to go while they were brewing which was very fun to see. Our guide, who was also the bartender, was funny and knowledgeable making the tour entertaining. After we had a flight of beer which was cold, refreshing and delicious. While enjoying our beers we had the opportunity to play board games, corn hole, pac man or ring toss all free of cost! The best part was meeting the owners dog who was super chill and friendly and just hung out with customers. We went on a Tuesday at 2:00, so it was pretty quiet but still a cool place to hang out! Reasonably priced with a wide variety and great atmosphere- you could see the brewing process through the glass behind the bar! We also bought some to take home it was so tasty. Having unsuccessfully snowshoed Mt Washington due to deep soft powder at 3500 feet on the Nelson Crag trail, we decided to attempt and get to the 3PM Saturday tour. However, we ended up getting there more around 3:30PM due to North Conway and Conway traffic. Luckily we were still able to attach to the tour. (Previously, we had attempted to check out Tuckerman Brewing Company twice and the first time we were unable to locate them during their relocation and the second time they were closed.) The tour was very thorough and informative, having been provided by the head brewer. Before and after there was opportunity to sample the beer - Pale, Alt (Brown), and Stout. The beer is very good and I am quite happy other breweries still bottle condition. We ended up picking up a case of the Alt (Brown) and would have also purchased a case of the Stout if it wasnt 40$. All other cases were 25$ each. Quite hard to stomach 40$ when I have a sixtel on tap of Porter from a local brewery in NJ (which only cost 50$). Apart from beer, they have a little store which has shirts, glasses, etc for sale. Unfortunately, did not see any metal tacker signs which I collect for my bar. Was pleased however to see copies of the various regional brew publications available. Will definitely be back here again when in the area and will have to remember to bring up a growler of Cricket Hill Alt for the head brewer. read more

24 below with the windchill so we were looking for a spot to warm up. Flight of eight beers is 13 dollars. Indoor cornhole! Free videos games lol. But honestly some of the best beer I have ever had. Altitude is too strong 7.9 ABV to be an altbier but pays homage to the altbier style. The 6288 is also a winner and the five different malted barleys really enhance this beer. Asia is an outstanding bartender, knowledgeable, friendly and great company. Don't miss this spot! read more

I loved this brewery. Spacious, clean, and super friendly staff. You can order a flight of 8 or 4 but note that the flight of 8 is the first 8 on the list, you can't choose. The flight of four samples is your choice. All the beers are very good. A good mixture of IPAs, pale ales, and brown ale and kolsch drafts. Plenty of space for big or small groups and a large bar. They also have corn hole for those looking for something to do while sipping beers. Something to note... they do not serve pints, only samples or growlers to go. As for the tour, it's a quick informative session at the bar. They no longer allow guests to walk through the brewing area so don't go out of your way to visit just for the tour. It's not a tour and they do let you know that if you ask beforehand. All in all, great spot to relax and enjoy some solid craft beers in North Conway. read more

FINALLY! We made it to a tour! The first time, our GPS took us to their old location. They'd moved but the software hadn't been updated (and we update maps pretty regularly) confused, we left. The second time, they were closed. Third times a charm, I guess. We got lucky. Or unlucky as the case may be but this was a good consolation prize. We attempted a winter ascent up Mount Washington along one of the lesser used routes, Nelson Crag, not so successful. Nobody'd been up since the last snowfall, so we were breaking trail. Soft power up to our knees, factor in the boulders with 6 foot snowdrifts and the 60 degree slopes with ice underneath, and after switching snowshoes for crampons and back to snowshoes, and sliding down twice as far as we'd just climbed up too many times to count, we concluded our attempts were futile. Our last half mile took two hours (after a relatively easy first few) and we decided were we to make it to the top, we'd never make it down by sunset, not at that pace; so we turned back, and were back at pinkham notch by 2:30. We asked the nice guy at the desk if he knew how to get to the Brewery, since we couldn't remember where the right location was, and he was kind enough to call for us, he said the machine said the tour was at 3, and we bolted out of there as fast as we could! We got there a tad late but hopped on for the rest of the tour and then went upstairs for some tasting. Good tour, very good beer, we bought a case of the yummy alt to bring home, highly recommended. Too bad the only tour of the week is at 3pm: a time when, if I'm in New Hampshire, I'm usually still on a mountain. read more
