I stopped told the sales lady I could not proceed until Monday because of the fee. She told me to proceed. I did, told her I was done and to "make sure we hold the invoice until Monday." She replied, "oh for sure I will." That evening I got a notice the finance company had just received and approved the invoice and they are charging me $199. This morning I woke up to a $120 overdraft and charges. A lady at container One in accounting said she sent it after the finance company asked for it and that she was unaware of the invoice wasn't supposed to happen until Monday. The finance company suggested I dispute the charges. The sales lady said, "oh I was unaware they would charge you, sorry." The fee I specifically addressed with her before I continued to fill out the paperwork and she told me to proceed. She offered no insight as to how to correct any of this. I have spent about 4 hours today talking to people to address this. The only apology I got was, "sorry." No way to handle it or anything.

I found it a bit odd that they didn't make me sign anything or put a deposit down, but told them it's a deal. The next week they said they would deliver. In the meantime I started seeing the terrible reviews, news stories etc and got very concerned. But I figured since I put nothing down on it, I'll roll the dice. The day of original delivery came and I got a text from Iana saying delivery would be next Monday. Was a little worried but figured not that big of a deal. Day of delivery I didn't hear anything, I texted and got confirmation that it was coming. My 12-3pm window came and went. But by 5:30 the truck rolled in and 15min later my new shed was in place. Some MINOR quality issues, but nothing you wouldn't see in any new construction that's out there. Nothing to be of concern to me in anyway. very glad as of now that I made the leap of faith.

My friend and…read moreI showed up there to unload some money and get some plants probably spending a couple hundred dollars each... and yet couldn't get in the door because of the lack of parking. Being honest., there was probably enough parking for a dozen vehicles in the front lot. Big sign says more parking in the rear so we of course, went back there to be greeted with a man trying to do his job in a forklift almost trying to run us over., many many, many many many piles of stone and masonry, which probably took up the parking spots that we're supposed to be back there as as well as bulk mulch piles, which again took up parking, couldn't tell where to park where you'd be out of the way of them trying to do business. In the meantime, decided to leave we went down the street to Bremecs just west of their location about a mile and dropped $400 between the two of us. I can't even imagine trying to run a business and not leaving enough parking for your customers to come in and buy the stuff that you have for sale. I cannot even imagine. My friend said that they have had numerous other complaints of there being no parking. Why have all this merchandise if your customers aren't gonna be able to come in and buy it? Makes no sense won't be back too many other choices up Ohio. Bremecs, Petities, Gale's garden ctr. Very disappointing.
