They were supposed to give me a call the day before and we scheduled the delivery for a Tuesday, but the delivery person showed up on Monday and said I wasn't feeling well so I came early and I'm here which caused a big problem because I was an hour away. I told the person I would be there in an hour to show them where they put it but instead, they waited 30 minutes and dropped a container in the middle of the driveway. And when I tried to call them, they would not answer the phone and a customer service group, which is the logistics team said that's my problem they can't control when and how the deliveries are done which is ridiculous so I had a 20 foot container in the middle of my driveway with no way of moving it. I called the team couple times and they said they would try to find a way of getting it moved, but couldn't promise any timeframe so I waited three weeks and never heard a response from them. From a customer standpoint that is the worst service I've ever experienced by almost any company.

This morning I woke up to a $120 overdraft and charges. A lady at container One in accounting said she sent it after the finance company asked for it and that she was unaware of the invoice wasn't supposed to happen until Monday. The finance company suggested I dispute the charges. The sales lady said, "oh I was unaware they would charge you, sorry." The fee I specifically addressed with her before I continued to fill out the paperwork and she told me to proceed. She offered no insight as to how to correct any of this. I have spent about 4 hours today talking to people to address this. The only apology I got was, "sorry." No way to handle it or anything.

Being honest., there was probably enough parking for a dozen vehicles in the front lot. Big sign says more parking in the rear so we of course, went back there to be greeted with a man trying to do his job in a forklift almost trying to run us over., many many, many many many piles of stone and masonry, which probably took up the parking spots that we're supposed to be back there as as well as bulk mulch piles, which again took up parking, couldn't tell where to park where you'd be out of the way of them trying to do business. In the meantime, decided to leave we went down the street to Bremecs just west of their location about a mile and dropped $400 between the two of us. I can't even imagine trying to run a business and not leaving enough parking for your customers to come in and buy the stuff that you have for sale. I cannot even imagine. My friend said that they have had numerous other complaints of there being no parking. Why have all this merchandise if your customers aren't gonna be able to come in and buy it?
