Good afternoon Natalie, I wanted to reach out and commend Loretta for her exemplary customer service today. We recently lost our key for our Tuff Shed that we purchased back in 2009. She was able to walk me through locating the number on the handle and she was able to locate our original purchase from 2009 in order to get the serial number for the unit. We were afraid that we were going to have enlist the service of a locksmith, but with Loretta's due diligence she avoided that happening. She was also able to order us two sets of replacement keys. So, like many people, accumulating stuff is just part of life. Taking old stuff, and picking up new stuff when living and moving to new places just becomes routine. Of course intermittent purging occurs, but the stuff always seems to grow. Such is the case in our situation. While doing so, Mr. David Santiago, Salesperson, greeted us with a smile and a very pleasing personality. During our interactions on the sales floor, and at his desk as we initiated the ordering process, they were not indicative of a sales encounter. So we were able to make the purchase worry free a few days later. In addition, the company staff was in continued contact with us via email, and text messages until the final order was verified and filled. This included revisions to the dimensions we submitted before the final ordering day. The office staff were very friendly and responsive. They certainly kept us at ease, and eager to receive our new shed. Which by the way was only about a week. And as for the delivery and setup? Awesome! we purchased the garden premier series and I can say the product is very good. I am giving a 2 star review because the installation was terrible. Afree taking all day, debris was left in the yard and paint drippings on our patio. the door had a 1/2-34" gap along the top. sunlight was coming in so rain would have too. they did come out and correct that problem, but overall the install was not a good experience. Our Tuff Shed is everything we expected and more. We were attempting to purchase a shed from Home Depot but the tuff shed wouldn't be delivered for nearly two months.
