I paid for gas and a car wash specifically because of the combo. I pulled into the car wash lane and waited, only to find a sign stating that a staff member would return by a specific time to assist with the wash. After waiting beyond the time on the sign, I decided to follow up inside. When I asked about it, the woman at the front told me there was only one person working and that the wait would be a while. What was especially frustrating was that the manager was standing right beside her and could have stepped in to help or at least offered a reasonable solution--especially since the posted sign indicated someone would be available by a certain time. There was also already another customer waiting behind me for a car wash. I understand staffing issues happen, but the way this was handled was disappointing. Simply offering a refund doesn't really resolve the issue when I specifically came here for the gas-and-car-wash combo and don't have time to make another trip. Had I known the car wash wouldn't actually be available, I would have gone to my usual gas station instead. At the very least, I expected better communication and an effort to make the situation right beyond simply refunding the wash. Safe to safely I will not be returning. read more

I like to come here and get energy drinks because they always have RockStars and redbull on sale. 2 for $3! This Chevron also has a new car wash. "Laser Wash" is what the new wash is called. Instead of the bristles, nothing touches your car except the high power soap and water that shoots at the car. I think this is better for your car because you won't have dirt from other cars being rubbed on by the bristle kind of car wash. It's not as cheap as the Chevron on Silver Creek and Capitol, but it cheaper than most other Chevrons and not as crowded. It has 12 pumps, plenty to go around. read more

My car was slightly dirty from sitting around during this COVID-19 situation. Went through the car wash, purchased the $12 Works car wash. Decent wash and got most of the dirt off, but didn't really clean the wheels which I expected. Don't expect a perfect wash since it's a gas station car wash, but I definitely recommend it since it's a Touchless car wash with nothing touching your car or wheels, other than the water and soap. I just recently bought a new Lexus, so I've been looking for touchless stations to do my car washes; just to save the paint from any scratches or damages from your typically brush machines. It's been a year now coming to this location and the quality of their car washes have gone down dramatically. I would catch myself paying for the "Works Wash," but when I go inside the machine, it barely gives out any soap. The waters jets work fine, but it's just a simple stream that hits the windows and nothing else around the car when it comes down to the cleanser, polishes, etc. A few times I've recorded the car wash in process and was given a refund and a free car wash, but the issue still remains. It may not be bad for me, personally, because I get a quick car wash weekly. However, if your car hasn't been wash it's weeks or months, save yourself some money, time, and disappointment and go some where else. It was my first time doing touchless car wash. I wasn't sure if I should pay inside or at the machine, but I decided to go inside to pay. The cashier girl told me it's best to pay inside in case the car wasn't properly washed then I would need to report it to them immediately. The car wash wasn't that long, about 10 mins. After it was done, I parked and examined the car. The car was still dirty so I went back inside to report the issue. The cashier girl assisted me again and gave me a refund for another car wash. I appreciated her honesty, good customer service, and refunded me another car wash though I wished it was wash properly the first time. My one stop shop for gas, snacks, and energy drinks before going to work! The convenient store is pretty big, and very clean! The workers here are always helpful and friendly! And they seem to always have a sale on energy drinks! However, same frustrating thing has happened to me at least twice. I pulled up next to a pumping station, got out of my car only to see a SMALL DINKY sign that says "Out Of Order". That means I had to hop back in my car and drive to one that's working! They can at least make their signs a little bigger and visible from a good distant, instead of a small piece of paper! *pet peeve* I understand these things happen as I have experienced it at other gas stations but other places atleast put up signs that are visible and noticeable without having to step out of your vehicle! I always come here to wash my truck. It's a touch less car wash, only 6 dollars for the express which is the basic, but still does the job . The workers are really nice as well. Nice, clean, and a safe area to pump gas. I like to purchase food and cold drinks. I especially like their loyalty purchases; I been receiving free chips, candies, drinks, and more, with discounts for buying two items using the loyalty app I downloaded, on my phone. Also, the restroom are always cleaner than other gas stations I go to. I like to wash my car there every two weeks. Although, would used to get frustrated every time I go there to purchase a car wash; it's always broken. But, now they have a brand new car wash, which really enjoy using. Chevron gas is very pleasant for my car, it's clean, and the gas is very powerful, which also saves gas mileage. I'm not a fan of not being able to pay for everything at the pump, but the clerks were friendly, at least, when you went inside to grab your receipt for the wash code. The driveway into the car wash is tight. So, if you have a large truck, hope someone doesn't pull right up behind you in line because you need room to jockey that tank. Went to this gas station to get a charger and it ended up not working out so I came the next day to return it and the 2 cashiers Irma and some Asian guy were EXTREMEMLY rude. I came in and said I want to return this and Irma yelled "why?!" And I told her why and she was saying she didn't want to help me and neither did the Asian guy and she was taking her sweet time and threw some paper at me to fill out. So what's cool about this car wash is the rewards stamp card whatever. After five stamps, you get a free car wash. However, one of cashiers sucks ass. He doesn't how the stamp card works. I had five stamps already and I went to get a car wash at 9pm and the cashier said "sorry the car wash is closed." I was like oh okay. As I was leaving the front door I over hear some guest wanting to pay for a car wash. I left already, got in my car and started driving out the gas station, BUT I see the guy who wanted a car wash and was driving his car into the car wash machine. The fucking cashier lied to me.
