She's very thorough, peaceful, and was great with my dogs, they can be a little persnickety. She explains everything and provides paperwork and images to show what will be done and what was done. Her pricing is very fair and her anesthesia usage once explained to me, erased my concerns. The staff is friendly and kind, there's a gentle approach that you feel as soon as you walk into the reception area. In fairness, I was sure to address these issues with Dr. Block - who comes here to argue, defend and deny - further evidence of the way customers and pets are treated. The things that were said to me about my concerns were - "I only gave that medication for you, not your pet" - after a routine screening when my pet was wailing in distress - "Oh , they're just being dramatic" - and when confronted with concern for boarding care - "it sounds like you don't trust me so I can't trust you ". After departing and getting our files, I read through and there were inaccurate comments written about our interactions. Medication prices are astronomical and there is unwillingness to work with chewy. No after hours support for any emergent questions that may arise. I feel I made Bailey an honest efforts to work it out with this place, but it's a toxic environment. The front desk staff is great and they do a wonderful job.
