What this dealership did to me was wrong. Granted, I signed the contract and paid the price I did, however, their tactics are predatory and just dishonest. In October 2022 we purchased a Tucson Limited. We traded in and were given $7,000 credit, but they added $7,995 as "Added Equipment". I paid sticker plus $1,000. What did we get for the dealer-added equipment for $7,995? * Lifetime Nitrogen in tires *Door Edge and Cup package *Lifetime Window Tint *Brake Pulse package (which doesn't work) *Engines for Life The "engine for life" package is standard with Hyundai if you let them change your oil and add BG every 8K miles for as long as you own the car. Regional Hyundai in Broken Arrow told me this little fact. As far as I'm concerned, Tulsa Hyundai is dishonest in its dealings with customers. Buyer beware. Worst experience ever. I spoke with salesman JT this morning and asked him to inspect a vehicle for any damage since I lived 3 hours away. I told him we don't want any bad surprises when arriving. He communicated quickly that there were no signs of damage and that the car was in great condition. The car was a 2024 service loaner that was now being sold and had 6600 miles on it. We came to terms on a price with the sales manager and made the trip to buy the car. When we arrived after the 3 hour drive we found that the car had about a 6' long scratch down one side. The salesman said don't worry, I'll get it buffed right out before you go. We trusted him on this and went inside and began paperwork. We found that the numbers discussed were not what was on the paperwork. After a couple of trips back to the sales manager and me proving with a text message what was agreed to they finally got it right. We waited a bit longer to go back to finance to sign papers. The salesman came to us and told us the scratch won't buff out. They were not willing to even entertain a resolution despite us making the long trip on the salesman's word that there was not damage. We left very disappointed and frustrated at the waste of a day, waste of a credit check, and a long trip that could have easily been prevented. They made me go on June 3rd to pay a $500 deposit and made me pick between the 2 colors available. They blatantly refused to honor a deal they had committed to over the phone: They had agreed on a certain price for any one of 3 identically equipped Elantra GT's they had on their lot at the time. When my son decided on a gray one, they suddenly told us they could only honor the price on the white one. When we asked to speak to a manager, the sales guy left and came back and said the manager couldn't talk to us as he was "on two calls at once." What a bunch of nonsense and dishonesty. We bought a red GT at Regional Hyundai for him then also, and Regional was great to work with that time also. I find these sales techniques highly offensive and dishonest in this day and age. I have taken my car there a few times to have it serviced. 1st time was okay but 2nd time they don't explain anything to you on what's going on with your vehicle. I have been dealing with this dealership since June, it is now 27 September. My car originally came in for with a seized motor. They had it for almost a mouth. No communication, no updates. No loaner car, no rental. That should have been paid for by the corporation. Finally got the car back. Drove it for about a month. Took it back because it was making a awful noise. I was then told it was the belt tensioner they had to order it. i got quoted 719.99 plus tax to replace it. I left the shop and Replaced it for 139.99. Noise was still there. Then the car lasted another few weeks until the end of September. Until it died in my driveway. I took it back to them on September 1st. Car would barely start. They did not call or communicate anything with me. I was not provided another form of transport, and I spent $400-500 in gas driving a old family SUV just so I could transport my kids. I finally called them enough for someone to call me back. yesterday Sept 26, 2022 I was informed the technician messed up my engine replacement and that is where the noise was coming from. Was informed my hard start issue is due to a bad high pressure fuel pump. Quoted 919.99 to replace that. They did not have one in stock. I got it replace. Still did not fix my issu. I looked at the work the tech did. All of my air box is not bolted down. My engine computer is not secur, my tachometer does not work, my traction control is permanently disengaged, check engine light is not on and my radio shuts off while driving down the road. I've called multi times today to try and talk to someone but i keep getting the answering machine. I would like to update. After getting in touch with the service manager and talking to the shop foreman I was finally able to get my car back in the shop and fixed(finally) this time around I was taken care of and everything seems to be fixed. Reached out to this dealership for a vehicle they were selling on Facebook Marketplace-- first I messaged them on Facebook- chat bot pops up and goes thru a program connecting you to a person, which is just another bot- asks how you prefer to be contacted- I say email, it thanks you then ends chat. I then receive an email from Myra- asking me to avoid using email and come into the dealership or it's really best to call-- this defeats the whole point of selling online and its just really slimy dealer tactics. They want you to come in... when they get you on the phone they will try to get you to come in. Why have an internet sales point? All it is is a hook to get you in the door. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Sales guy Kenny sold us a new car on November 30th that the dealership still doesn't have so we paid cash for a car that we never received. Took over 45 days to get our money back. Kenny will try to sell you a car no matter what, he will lie, cheat and deceive you. Bought a second car at the same time and the finance guy Caleb screwed up our financing so much that it is now impacting credit. Caleb also make racist comments toward my husband during the financing process... stating "you people make my life difficult." You people referring to Native Americans. They also threw away my husbands custom license plate, refused to return our calls regarding the vehicle that still doesn't exist, and a manager told my husband that he didn't give my husband his number so he could "be kept on a tight leash." My car's engine locked up so I took it Tulsa Hyundai on Dec17,2022 and was told they would get on it. after 4 months of them telling me that they were waiting on Hyundai Corporation, I contacted Hyundai and was told thst my case was closed. Long story short, they lost my key and had to replace it and I had it towed to Regional where it's almost ready except that Tulsa Hyundai somehow lost my intake tube and won't help with the cost. They said it wasn't on my car when I had it towed there from my house. How do you loose a part that cans with the engine plus loose my key,which they had to replace . Decline in service noted past 90 days. Poor communication within service department and with customer. I brought my 2019 Ionic in for recall work in July 2020 and sat for 2 hours- upon completion of that session, no one communicated to me they had NOT performed the work. They had only used that time to determine what to do and ordered a part. They did not communicate I would need another visit. 3 weeks later I begin receiving calls from service department attempting to make appointment for recall work. I declined requests explaining I had already completed the session. After a minimum of 15 nuisance conversations, a representative explained the work had never been performed. The down time required I bring the car in on a Saturday for a 3-4 hours service time. I delivered my car to be available at opening of service department still never getting a straight answer as to what recall work was to be performed. My car was disassembled and the weekend crew was unable to reassemble my car to be driven. I was unable to retrieve my car until Monday afternoon and NEVER GOT AN EXPLANATION OR MY REQUESTED DISCUSSION WITH SERVICE MANAGER. ie no one in the know. I have diminished confidence in this team based on eroded communication. Today I brought my Ionic in for an oil change. My rep gave me a time frame for completion of 1-1:15 minutes. In 40 minutes she approached me notifying the job was completed and escorted me to check out counter! Yay!! I paid for the service. Historically, at this time, I would receive receipt and car keys, step into the bay and drive away with my friendly service rep opening my door, tearing away paper service tags and offering a friendly "have a good day" and goodbye wave. Instead, I cannot locate my car and am told by rep that it will be arriving from the car wash any second. 10 minutes later, I ask about my car and was told it was "in line" at the car wash. I step back inside and sit for another 10 minutes---inaccurately assuming my service rep would alert me of it's arrival. Not! I step out to find my car in the bay trapped between other service cars in the bay. I had to find another service rep to rearrange cars allowing me to depart. #JiffyLubehereIcome No masks are being worn by service reps causing me to double check location address. I got this car in April 2022 and this month (August) I started having issues with it going dead.The first time it went dead, I received a jump and went to go get the battery tested and it came back fine which I figured it would since the battery was less than a year old.After it went dead a second time, I had it towed to the dealership. They then proceeded to tell me that the battery needed to be replaced and that it was going to cost me almost $300. They also told me that I could contact the manufacturer or company of the defective battery to get a discount or replacement. After much back and fourth, I decided to purchase a new battery and had it installed and to my surprise the battery that was defective was in fact a Tulsa Hyundai battery. The very next day, my vehicle went dead again. I proceeded to call Tulsa Hyundai (Multiple times) to try to get this resolved but so far no one has tried to resolve my issue. I am not able to afford another tow and I don't have transportation to go up to Tulsa Hyundai to speak with anyone.Brook from Tulsa Hyundai has reached out to me at 5pm on 8/15/22 and left a voicemail (stating that she would try to call again in the morning since she was leaving for the day) but I was working and couldn't answer her call. We understood tax and the usual dealer fee but we were floored when they tried to dishonestly add $5,000 to the MSRP as an Addendum that was nowhere in ANY fine print (3 separate ads for the same stock/vin car). Manager came out 20+ min later to try to say EVERYWHERE IS DOING THIS SURPRISE FEE. I took my car to Robertson Tire and had them check the alignment and they found nothing wrong. When, the next day, I noticed some scratches on the side I hadn't noticed before, I took it in and they fixed them for free. When I took it in for an oil change and a detailing, they were prompt in getting me a shuttle to and from work while they had my car. Always so courteous, and, as though they know the wait time can get long while you're there, they have a theater room, complimentary doughnuts, coffee and cappuccino. WARNING TO TULSA HYUNDAI BUYERS. I bought my daughter a 2020 Hyundai Elantra which we had serviced at Tulsa Hyundai. She was driving back to Dayton, Ohio where she attends University and at 6:30pm on a Sunday night the oil light went on, the engine locked up and she slowly rolled to the side of I-70. She was stuck there for four hours until a tow truck took her to Indianapolis. The Hyundai dealer in Avon, IN informed me that the oil change performed by Tulsa Hyundai had been done incorrectly and faulty workmanship led to all oil draining from the engine. The engine has seized and must be replaced, at a cost of $8k. I have tried to reach Tulsa Hyundai for days but after many calls to the Service Manager and General Manager, I am still waiting for a discussion of any kind to resolve this. This is a huge problem that all Hyundai owners should be aware of, and this dealer's unresponsiveness should be a warning to all who use this dealership or buy these cars! read more

Stacey checked me in and assured me that they would do their very best to get my car fixed and back to me before close of business.
