Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and made with care, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the menu. Brenda was very welcoming and happy to answer our questions. Most pho places serve the thinly sliced beef rare, over the hot broth and noodles. I would swish it in the broth and it's cooked.
