Ordered DoorDash of Indian food near by and didn't realize until after the fact that it was this place. In hindsight it makes sense, the prices were high and the servings size was small. The food tasted great, but it's definitely not worth it in terms of price to quantity ratio. The small to-go containers were mostly full of the soup and not much meat. SO DELICIOUS!!!! I came in on a Friday evening for a to go order. I ordered a chicken tikki masala, shrimp tandoori, yellow rice, and garlic naan. When you first walk in, the location is really clean and the decorations are really nice. You can smell the food and it smells great. Customer service was a 10/10. When I got home and ate my food, it was AMAZING. I definitely recommend this place and will 100% be back for dine in. read more

First of all, wow wow wow this place is so yummy! I visited on a Friday night with my family and we each tried a different curry. Each of us loved our own dish the most! I had the chicken tikka masala at the hottest spice level. It was perfectly spiced, not too spicy so that it's still super enjoyable. Plus the garlic naan was so yummy too! Amazing indian food! I work close by so I order right before I leave to head home. So convenient. I've done this 6 times now. The food is consistently good, service is efficient and my order is ready when I walk in. No frills. And Im warmly greeted by everyone at home soon as I walk through the door (including the dog haha) with dinner. I've been to so many indian restaurants in IE but this one hits different. A good place for a meal just outside of Riverside. The Moreno Valley area is choked with chains so it's nice to find somewhere that isn't the usual place to eat. Even better that it's Indian food. It's a spiffy, hip place, more neon than you'd expect, but overall it's good food. This is the Indian food we're used to (still lamenting Robina's in North Hollywood), maybe northern. At the very least they've got the greatest hits, which worked well when we took my parents out for the first time they had Indian. They liked it fine, but we could compare to others and say this stood up. Also a courteous staff and reasonable prices. There are also probably better names -- India's most prominent celebrity being a little too obvious to grab attention --- but if anything else could be confounding, and it expresses its purpose -- then it works. read more

We went back several times after they discontinued the buffet, but the experience just wasn't the same. While the quality of the food remained consistent, the variety and portions were no longer as enjoyable. Instead of sampling several great dishes, we could only order one or two larger portions--no salad, no sides--just more expense. After several attempts to fall back in love with it post-buffet, we stopped going; the magic was gone for us. Indian dishes are known for their bold flavors, and the palate naturally craves contrast. I found myself losing interest in my meals halfway through, as the lack of variety left me bored and wanting more balance. Perhaps that's just my preference, but I enjoy a little sweetness to complement the spice, and something fresh and green to cleanse the palate. The restaurant itself was always clean, and the staff were consistently friendly. However, after being loyal regulars for years, we started looking elsewhere. The dishes are fine, but the portions, cost, and lack of variety ultimately discouraged us from returning. If you're content with a large portion of just one dish, they are fine. We absolutely adored their buffet and were heartbroken when it disappeared. It was far better than the three major competitors with buffets within a 30-mile radius (ask me how I know!). But the food is good, the ambiance is lovely, and the place is always clean and well-maintained. However, unless the buffet returns, we won't be back. read more

Ordered Chana masala and it was watered down and flavorless seamed like they rushed the food or didn't cook it properly when I reached out to the restaurant they told me I could come in but when I told him I wanted a refund as it was cooked completely wrong the guy started getting mad. I've been to a few different Indian cuisine restaurants both in Riverside and in OC and this one always stands out! I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to come and get food from here because it NEVER disappoints. If you're vegetarian, try the veggie Korma and add paneer! I get this mild (no spice) and it just such a lovely mix of sweetness and spices that aren't spicy. There is always plenty of leftovers for the amount of food they serve! The vegetable samosas are such a good treat with tamarind sauce that is just delicious!!! I always get service from a sweet woman who works here (I forget her name and I am so sorry if you're reading this) but she is such a joy answering phones and welcoming you as you walk in. I love the ambiance in here - but definitely changed from authentic Indian restaurant to Instagram friendly with tones and touches of India (not hating on it though haha) read more

10.19.25 My mom and I ordered take out and when we got home we noticed our order was wrong. Wrong proteins, wrong spice level. I called and I asked the man for a refund 5 times. He said when I came back I would get it. When we came back he ignored my request for a refund 5 more times. The man from the kitchen as well. My mom told me to just accept the remake and call again the next day. So I did. We went home ate our food and... got sick. I threw up. My mom just didn't feel good the rest of the night. When I called today it was the same man who ignored my refund request and he said "you took the food. It wasn't my fault. I am busy." And hung up on me. So to recap, they refused my refund request after they got my order wrong and got me and my mother sick. And they didn't apologize either. read more
