This particular night I wanted a dosa and saag/palak paneer. Jaspinger, one of the owners, is so lovely. She was helpful and never once gave me an attitude about setting me up with a table for one even though she might've had more important things to do as an owner. They serve a lunch buffet (11 am to 3 pm) daily, 7 days a week, that is unmatched, anywhere in these environs. It now runs at $14.99 plus tax, very reasonable, I might add, with a delicious selection of mouthwatering dishes. Recently, I found dahi vada (deep fried lentil donuts soaked in yoghurt and topped with chutneys and spices) as one of the selections (never seen that in any Indian buffet). It is one of my favorite Indian appetizers. And that too, it was superbly prepared. Their goat curry with aromatic brown gravy, goes well with the included freshly prepared naan (I chose the garlic version).
