Other waiters were more helpful than the one we got. I didn't get her name at that point, I didn't care to. all I knew is she had an accent and pig tails. Then they switched the chicken on our order, one with no pickles was supposed to be wimpy and the one with extra pickles should have been Mo Hot. I will never return to this location after my latest experience with Tumble 22 Round Rock. The staff is nothing short of disrespectful. I came in and made a togo order at the bar and when I got home my fries and mac and cheese were missing. I people make mistakes but I spent my money and I feel like if a mistake is made there should be a legit effort to correct it. Unfortunately, when I called the restaurant the associate who answered has a repulsing attitude. First off he asked for my ticket number which I gave him and he said he could not find my order... after I started reading everything on the ticket I read the words Bar to go and he said ohh it's a bar to go. Mind you the restaurant has disable the ability to call in your togo orders and they have a big sign when you walk in that says "make to got orders at the bar". So I am not sure why it was so hard for this guy to find my order even if it was made at the bar as you are instructed to do. Anyway once I said that he found my order and then he offered to make the fries and mac n cheese that was missing but I had already driven home about 20mins before I discovered the missing items therefore with currently gas prices in a v8 denali truck it didn't seem worth it to spend about 10$ to correct their mistake. So the associate offered to edit my ticket and refund me some money but he only wanted to refund the mac and cheese saying that the fries were part of the combo and he could not refund the whole combo. Even when they charge you an extra $1 for the fries with a combo so after calling that out he finally agreed to give me a dollar back for the missing fries. I then ask him how much the fries cost when sold as a stand alone item and he said 4 dollars... I asked him well don't you think I should get $4 back then for the missing fries. He replied with they are a smaller portion when it's part of a combo then said have an nice day and hung up. I know this is chump change but the principle is that when you make a mistake do try to nickel and dime your customers rather treat them with dignity and respect and try to offer them something to make up for YOUR mistake. Be mindful that it cost money to drive back to the restaurant to give them a chance to give you what was missing from the order. Just the sheer disrespect and carelessness is enough for me to never want to return to this location I will now drive to Burnet to get my hot chicken. read more

Love that they've opened a location closer to me! Chicken was delicious and crispy! My only issue is that my order was completely wrong even though it was 30 minutes after the time promised. Chicken sandwich was good, a bit luke warm...but good. Heat level was nice, lots of choices. Fries were on - seemed that they were under a heat lamp for a while before being served. Cheese sauce with fries was tasty, but a bit coagulated. Dessert was nice and service was good... Worth another try for sure. read more

I would definitely like to go back and try more on the menu and other flavors/heat levels. But all in all, the food was good. The customer service was not great. We ordered online, showed up to pick up our order and they had just printed the ticket and hadn't even started on the order yet. We ended up just going inside and ordering drinks while we waited on our food. We ended up getting our food before our beer (the bartender was really busy standing behind the bar not serving anyone... he told us we had to order from our table??). Our server was very sweet but there were about 15 staff people behind the counter and a whole lot of them standing around while people didn't have drinks, condiments, silver ware, etc. Very unorganized and a few very rude staff members. Everything else was just okay. The plates are definitely huge so you can share a meal. What concerned me the most was that there was no soap in the ladies restroom. I asked a server and he shouted for someone in the kitchen to refill it. A few minutes later, still no soap. I asked another server and she said, "Okay, but I don't know where the soap is." Really!? Today we decided to order on Uber eats, and clearly online orders are not a priority to them. My son's szechuan fries had absolutely nothing on them but chicken. The white bread beneath the chicken soaked up all the orange hot oil and it just looked disgusting, we didn't even try it.We named the fries "forget it fries" so you can have a bite of tasteless food, then have a fry and forget what you just had. It's not normal to receive salt and pepper packets with your food, we thought that was extra. But soon we learned we actually needed them, without those salt and pepper packets we could not have eaten our food at all. On the other hand, the waitress was super nice so was the host and the place seems like a nice place to hang out if you can just be there and not have food. FYI we ended up here because the line at Kerbey Lane was huge, actually Kerbey Lane's fried chicken is way much better than this one. I went to this location of Tumble 22 last week and I got the cluckin hot(I love spicy) however it was not anywhere near spicy or anywhere near freaking clucking hot as the other location or maybe they didn't cook it in the right spice as the other locations. Please double check when a customer ask for the specific heat and don't water it down because some people can't take it..that's why there's other heat levels lol. OMG! Hidden Gem! I'm not gonna lie! I'm wimpy when it comes to spice, but they don't judge! I love fried chicken bone in chicken, while the rest of my family loves boneless chicken! We all win here! Oh and the unbeliveable adult lemonade (probably the reason I am posting this now!) Try the amazing chocolate pie for dessert!! Been here several times and the food always tastes Satisfactory. I usually order online and then pick it up at the location and all of the servers have been very polite. Tried to eat inside once but was never seated stood there for 30 minutes while 3 different servers passed me and said "I'll be right with you" and then never came back. There was no lunch rush but I did notice that they were prioritizing the delivery orders vs the orders for people coming in to eat. Other than that I've never had any issues this a great restaurant at most any location. Great food and I'd recommend it to anyone who loves chicken. read more

The tenders were BIG, at least twice the size of other chicken tenders places. Fries were good but ok. The Mac was creamy and the chicken adds to the flavor complexity.
